Chanel Debuts Lily Rose Depp No 5 L’Eau Campaign

chanel lily rose

The stunning Chanel Lily-Rose Deep No 5 L’Eau promo images popped into my inbox today. I reviewed the Chanel No 5 L’Eau fragrance earlier this month and absolutely fell in love with it. I find Chanel No 5 a little to overpowering and L’Eau is a much more wearable experience with a lighter bouquet of floral notes. The scent isn’t the only appealing aspect, the ad campaign is visually beautiful as well.

Although Lily-Rose’s appearance is likely meant to be most appealing to millennials, it only serves to make the fragrance more tempting to me. She looks as beautiful and exotic as her mother did in past Chanel campaigns.

L’Eau is a fragrance well worth trying as Chanel did a incredible job re-imagining the classic, steeped in history Chanel No 5 Fragrance!

I’m really looking forward to hear what people think of the new fragrance.

So, if you tried it, do comment and tell me what you think!

It’s available now at chanel.com.

I was lucky to get this before the launch date in Germany, and I like the perfume! It does resemble the original no.5 a lot, only L’eau is lighter, less ‘in your face’ and definitely more suitable for younger audience. It’s not extra ordinary though, but it is a lovely scent.
The first spray smells strongly of white flower and very alike original no.5, after 10-15 minutes, it dries down to a nice-calm-musky floral. Very nice ^^

yay someone else who loves it. It has a certain no 5 essence but so much easier to wear and less overwhelming 😀
