Clinique Superbalanced Silk Makeup

Clinique foundation fans rejoice there’s a new Clinique Superbalanced Silk Makeup Broad Spectrum 15 ($25) that’s arriving at counters and is now available at Sephora.com.

This new silky foundation fluid controls oil while offering hydration where it is needed. The easy to blend formula has sheer to medium coverage and provides a natural matte finish as well as an SPF 15.

It’s available in 21 shade selections and is $25.

I’m not really a Clinique Foundation kind of girl but this sounds pretty nifty for the Summer heat as right now I’m a bit dry and a bit oily!

    I’ll have to check it out. To be honest, though, I think SPF 15 should not be a bragging point for them. You might as well not be wearing SPF.

    I wonder if this will be anything like the Dewy Smooth foundation they discontinued a few years back. Gutted as often got compliments when I wore that.

      This says it has a matte finish so I doubt it is exactly the same. I am going to go by the counter this weekend and check it out. I am in the market for a new foundation and haven’t work Clinique in years. The description sounds really interesting to me though.

    I’ve never found a foundation of any type – liquid, powder, cream – that can both control oil and hydrate. Seems like a mythical unicorn to me! 😉
