Essence Mosaic Blushes

Essence Mosaic Blush ($3.99) is a tri-color blush that’s available in two shade selections which is launching with the the new Essence Fall/Winter 2016. I have to admit I’m guilty of loving a good beauty budget blush! My Jordana Blush cost a $2.99 and love it to death!

You gotta love when you come across a product that’s not only cheap but also well formulated and that’s so, the case with these new Essence Mosaic Blushes!

Essence Mosaic Blush

Essence Mosiac Blush come housed in a clear, chic plastic compact that weights in at 0.15 oz in size. Each blush has a beautiful 3-D mosaic design which is made up of three different shades of blush. Both of the shades I tried have a smooth silky satin texture that’s free from glitter or shimmer but still manage to create a pretty glow on cheeks.

I was a little worried about the density of the powder but after a brush is swiped through them they actually have a nice, silky consistency that blends easily onto cheeks and leaves behind a pretty flush of pigmented color on cheeks. Be careful as these are easy to over do. They don’t look pigmented nor do they swatch well but they are so, a little goes a very long way at creating a pretty, natural flush on cheeks. They also have an excellent wear of around eight hours without fading on my drier skin.
