The Art of Shaving Peppermint Body Soap Is A Must Have!

I simply don’t care if the The Art of Shaving Peppermint Body Soap was created for men! I say it is a must have for ladies and lads alike. I’m mildly obsessed with peppermint anything! I love the scent of sweet peppermint and adore it in hair care, fragrance, body care, etc….

Ahem just to name a few of my past peppermint obsessions…..Colourpop Peppermint Lippie Stix doesn’t taste like peppermint, heck it doesn’t even look like peppermint but it is a gorgeous shade for lips! Lush Pink Peppermint Foot Cream is a perfect pepperminty treat for your tired tootsies! Dionis Peppermint Hand Cream is without a double the perfect stocking stuffer for the Holidays as it smells like a crisp, cool candy cane! Excuse me, Boscia but how about bringing back those minty fresh Pink Peppermint Blotting Linens!

Now, currently in my shower is a big old hunk of The Art of Shaving Peppermint Body Soap and people, you need it.

Gotham is cold and rainy today but earlier this morning we had a little nibble of snow in the air! I was just looking at my Nest Camera for my upstate home a few seconds ago and lo and behold it’s snowing. Like full blown snow on the ground snowing. We didn’t technically get that in the city today but when I left for work this morning there was a little bit of snow in the air that turned to icy rain as I started my day. Needless to say I wish I was upstate right now in front of a roaring fire while the snow falls outside my window.

Reality check.

I’m sitting in my office dealing with one headache after the next and watching the cold rain patter against my window as the cars and people rush by.

I did experience a little chill in my shower this morning. I lathered up with the Art of Shaving Peppermint Body Soap and scented my hot shower with the cool, minty freshness of a Christmas tree full of sweet minty candy canes. Yeah, this smells just like a candy cane. Delightful! It’s cool, fresh, and it happens to pair up wonderfully well with everyone’s favorite, Bath & Body Works Twisted Peppermint. Loves it!

There’s just something about mint this time of the year (or in my case 365 days of the year). As we get nearer the Holiday seasons pick up a bar for yourself and thank me later. This one makes a perfect stocking stuffer. Although you might find yourself using it well before Christmas as the scent is positively addicting.

Shop the The Art of Shaving Peppermint Collection at theartofshaving.com or at the Art of Shaving Boutiques.

Peppermint everything thank you very much!

What are your fav peppermint bath, body, or fragrance items?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Ooooo! I love anything minty! From candy cane mint, to herbally mint. This may be a need for me!

I love minty things but peppermint tends to make me sneeze. I think it’s a slight allergy. I’ve never gone in an Art of Shaving store before although they do have a couple in my area. Do they have items for women too (not to be gender-stereotypical or anything)? 🙂

Awww! I love mint anything 🙂 I think it’s pretty gender neutral as I use their shaving cream which I love. Also like their eye gel…! It’s not specifically for women but some of their items work just as great for us 😀

Thank you for the recommendation! Is this a year ’round or seasonal scent? It’s still hot and humid in central Texas and I have been loving the Philosophy Candy Cane body wash and Josie Maran Peppermint Bark body butter. Peppermint is so refreshing and cool when it’s hot out and I need companies to make it an all-year thing instead of saving it for the winter!

seasonal! 🙂 I couldn’t agree more! Mint needs to be around all year! It’s great in the Summer and fab in the Winter too!

Muse you should buy a diffuser and peppermint oil! It’s great at helping me achieve my goal of mintifying my whole life. I’ve also bought mint crystals and put in my doorways- it’s supposed to repel the spiders coming in for the winter. No idea if it works, but I enjoy the minty scent when opening my doors. Trip to the celestial seasonings factory in boulder also highly recommended.

I’ve been meaning to buy one as I have a lot of fragrant oils I never used as I dislike burning them! A diffuser seems a better way to enjoy them! Interesting about the spiders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m going to try that 😀 I also love those cinnamon brooms they put around this time of the year. I put them in my closets and also in my fireplaces (when not in use)! They make the whole place smell like warm and cozy!
