I was beyond happy with the Charlotte Tilbury The Magic Skin Trilogy I purchased last year! So much so I decided the one Holiday Makeup and Beauty Advent Calendar I would be hauling this year would be the Charlotte Tilbury World of Legendary Parties Holiday 2016 Advent Calendar. I missed it last year but this year I am determined to grab this one up.

I’m always buying stuff for Musings of a Muse but sometimes it isn’t even stuff I want. I’m just thinking, “Oh I have to review this for the blog!” But the Charlotte Tilbury World of Legendary Parties Holiday 2016 Advent Calendar is all about me 🙂 This is one I want to indulge in for myself.

This is actually a huge vault or wardrobe if you will that can be re-used after the Holidays to store makeup or other goodies. It holds 12 travel-size Charlotte Tilbury Makeup, Beauty, and Skincare Essentials including a Pocket Pout exclusive shade in Jessica Red.

You get:

  • Mini Magic Cream
  • Mini Wonderglow
  • Mini Multi Miracle Glow
  • Mini Goddess Skin Clay Mask
  • Mini Take It All Off Eye Makeup Remover
  • Mini Supermodel Body
  • Eyes to Mesmerise in Marie Antoinette
  • K.I.S.S.I.N.G. Lipstick: Penelope Pink
  • Colour Chameleon: Black Diamonds
  • Pocket Pout in Jessica Red
  • Mini Legendary Lashes
  • Lip Lustre in Sweet Stiletto

The Charlotte Tilbury World of Legendary Parties Holiday 2016 Advent Calendar doesn’t come cheap! This one is $200 and available now at charlottetilbury.com.

I do need it.

How about you?

Is it or any other makeup advent calendar on your list this year?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I got last year’s calendar, and it was worth every penny. I would have bought this year’s as well – however, they’ve repeated six of the products! I would rather try something else, ya know? So I’m investing in the LookFantastic, Selfridges, and Molton Brown Advent Calendars instead.
This year’s packaging is superior to last year’s. Sigh. I’ll live vicariously through your review.

I don’t blame you! I didn’t buy last year’s set but I wanted too but for some reason I dragged my feet and it sold out. This year, I got it right away ;-D I did get the magic trio last year and I don’t regret it because I love the eye and night cream, they are both very moisturizing! Let me know how the Molton Brown turns out, I was thinking on that one but ended up skipping! 😀

LOL! I LUV how you put at the end of the post, “I do need it.” 😉
Just wanted to say I really enjoyed your reviews on Tilbury’s skincare products, so, even though I don’t want you spend all that money, if you do buy it, can you try to do reviews on all the skincare products in the Advent calendar, pretty please?

haha 😀 I picked up! waiting for it to arrive, I’ll def try to get in some reviews. I’m actually loving her skincare, it doesn’t have terribly beneficial ingredients and it is LOADED with fragrance but a lot of her lines is great for my drier skin! But it is terribly overpriced for what you get but the calendar at least has minis that I can try before I indulge in full size.
