Too Faced Funfetti Love Flush Blush Review & Swatches
Too Faced Funfetti Love Flush Blush is a new blush shade that launched in the Too Faced Funfetti Collection today on HSN.com which is available as the Today’s Special for $55 (with Free Shipping) that includes four other full-size Too Faced products.
I mentioned in my Too Faced Funfetti Eyeshadow Palette Review that I would be covering some of the pieces in this collection in individual reviews as I thought it would be easier to give a more detailed post on each item! Hopefully this is helpful!
Let’s take a look at the Too Faced Funfetti Love Flush Blush below!
I reviewed Too Faced Love Flush Blush when it originally launched with the Too Faced Fall 2015 Collection. The packaging is darling as you can see! This comes in a pale pink heart shaped compact with an imprint of bunnies on the blush itself and a tulip ring surrounding them.
The formula actually isn’t my favorite as when it originally launched it seemed like it was promoted as a luminous blush but they fell a little flat for me and applied with a more matte finish on my cheeks. I think a bit of that is redeemed with this new Funfetti shade. The Funfetti shade is a soft golden orange that’s dotted with lavender and lighter shades of peach to give it a “confetti” appearance. Although it looks orange in the pan it applies as a soft peachy pink on my cheeks. The texture is buttery and quite pigmented but unlike the original version which was a little patchy in application on my drier cheeks, this shade applied very smoothly and it blended beautifully. It has a soft sheen finish that isn’t as noticeable as I would have hoped in my photo below but I promise the sheen is there and it is very pretty. I don’t get 16 hours from this or the original formula and notice fading at around five hours but the color does last for about eight hours total.
I’d buy more of these if they did an entire Funfetti Blush Collection. It’s an improvement over the original formula. I got the soft luminosity I wanted from the originals and the formula applied a lot more easier for me with a smooth finish on my skin that could worn sheerer for natural color or built up for more pop!
I thought I’d also mention the Heart Flatbuki Brush that comes with this set. I thought this would be flimsy but it’s actually a soft, full bristled brush. I tried applying the blush with it but felt I didn’t have much control since the bristles are long and a bit floppy. But it’s nice for using with finishing powder or even highlighter. I wish the bristles retracted though as I’m worried about storing it and haven’t them split.
Too Faced Funfetti Love Flush Blush is available in the Too Faced Funfetti Collection and not sold alone as of yet which you can get at HSN.com for $55 that also includes an eyeshadow palette, lipgloss, brush, and Better Than Sex Mascara (all full size) with free shipping.
