Lancome Visionnaire Eye Cream Advanced Multi-Correcting Eye Balm ($65) is a new hydrating eye treatment that targets crow’s feet, fatigue (hey, that’s me! Tired eyes here all the way!), and puffiness.

Visionnaire Eye Cream Advanced Multi-Correcting Eye Balm is Lancome’s next big skincare release and you should start hearing a lot of it as we head deeper into the Spring 2017 season! It’s already getting rave reviews online.

Visionnaire Eye Cream Advanced Multi-Correcting Eye Balm had me at balm! I’m always terribly excited about “balm” in title as this translates to moisture for me. This contains a Hydrablur technology to smooth imperfects as it hydrates. Apparently it acts as quickly as four weeks to visibly reduce fine lines and dark circles and acts as a primer and an eye cream all in one. I’m totally guilty of using Clarins Instant Smooth under my eyes after eye cream and before concealer and this kind of sounds like what they are aiming for with this formula. One of the first ingredients is Dimethicone, so there you go!

Lancome Visionnaire Eye Cream Advanced Multi-Correcting Eye Balm is available now at nordstrom.com and sephora.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I’m so over L’Oréal and all their animal testing along with Lancôme, I choose to ignore and not buy any of their products at all even if they introduced the first over the counter Botox. Nope. They’re a billion dollar company and they keep pumping out product after product yet can’t find a better system of testing ingredients? Nope.

I have strayed away from Lancome skincare, over the last few years, but I totally just ordered this from Lancome’s website. Here’s hoping it works, and doesn’t sting my sleepy eyes!

Well, I tried it for about 3 weeks. I can’t speak to fine lines and wrinkle improvement as my 30s Asian monolids don’t have many. My main issue is under-eye shadows and it does nothing for that issue. It does blur and is a nice primer for concealer, but a bit too expensive to be used as a primer IMO. The recommended dosing is way too generous. I’d go through a bottle in a month with AM/PM use! I gave it to a friend to see if she has luck with wrinkle improvement.
