Quick heads up, I forgot to mention in my earlier Walgreens post that this weekend there’s a Beauty Enthusiast Event. Considering Spring 2017 Collections are starting to launch you might want to head to Walgreens for a purchase as they are offering 20X the points on beauty and personal care products. That’s 200 points for every dollar you spend. 5,000 points gets you $5 back on the regular program but the Beauty Enthusiast Rewards gets you 5,000 Balance Rewards points for every $50 spent on makeup, beauty, and personal care! If you spend $50 this weekend you’ll end up with 50,000 points which makes your order practically free!

The Walgreens Beauty Enthusiast Weekend starts 12/17 and runs through 12/18. You don’t need a coupon at checkout, just be sure you’re signed up as Beauty Enthusiast Reward Member. If you’re not, they can sign you up at the register prior to purchase. And yes, this also applies to purchases made at www.walgreens.com.

Happy Shopping!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.

I asked for the Soap and Glory set for Christmas and I love it! It’s one of my favorite brands and I’m happy they sell it at Ulta and Walgreens now especially since they stopped selling it at Sephora.

I’ve got a question that maybe you or someone seeing this may be able to answer. Does walgreens limit your use of reward points to $3.00 worth at a time? I could have sworn I’ve had cashiers tell me I can only use that much before.

no! I had a $20 one and used the entire thing on one check out. Weird they limited you!

I used my entire $20 on the soap and glory kit and only paid the tax. I’ve seen what you are talking about on the screen and you get 3 increments to choose from but if you tell the cashier they will apply the entire amount unless it’s an odd total like $7.87 and you have more points available like $10 you would lose the remainder so they take you down to the next lowest amount you can redeem BEFORE taxes. You always pay taxes. Hope that helps.

Oh bummer, I’m seeing this late! I could have cleaned up! Do you happen to know how often they run events like that? I used to always go to CVS, but I’m starting to see the value of Walgreens

Looks like I got only got credit for 25,000. It says I got the bonus, so $50×200= 10,000 points. Adding in the 5000 for beauty and some other extra coupon for 10,000 bonus doesn’t give me the 50,000 you mention. Bummer.
