Bath & Body Works Tutti Dolci Returns

Bath & Body Works Tutti Dolci returns for 2016 with four new fragrance like Sweet Lemon Buttercup and White Mocha Kiss. I remember the original Tutti Dolci Collection but not as well as other fans. I came in late to the Tutti Dolci line so, I never got a chance to experience the perfumes and many of the other great things from the collection.

It’s exciting Bath & Body Works is listening to their fans and bringing back collections like this. Although, I was saddened to hear that the offerings aren’t anywhere near the quality of the original line.

Sad sigh!

Let’s take a look!

What did you mean by “I was saddened to hear that the offerings are anywhere near the quality of the original line.”?

Ughhh the Lemon one sounds divine….must smell at least! I just hate hoarding things like super stocking up, and VS and BBW always discontinue what I end up loving.

    • Isabella Muse

sorry aren’t not are 🙂 A few reviews I read said these are nothing like the original and not as unique.

    • Isabella Muse

not that I know of. It seems like a flash in the pan release. I don’t think they really concentrated on creating unique scents, I’m betting most of them smell like some other BBW scent we’ve already seen!

I checked these out in store and the only one I “had” to have was the Honey Praline one. I just loved it! However, the sales associate had me try the mocha one and it 100% smelt just like Beach Nights, which if I remember right you really enjoyed too! And she told me that it is just repackaged. It seriously smelt identical so I believe it (and am disappointed) but if any one needs more Beach Nights (or missed out!) check out the mocha one! 🙂

    • Isabella Muse

you aren’t the first person to say that. I loved Beach Nights, but lord I wish they did something more original!

I remember those! Wasn’t there lipglosses in that line too? I also remember that the discontinued products started selling for huge markups on eBay.

They aren’t bad, but no they aren’t single note desert scents like the originals. I did like the originals better because they were more like individual bakery treats. That being said, these really aren’t bad at all, the Pink Peony smells like Sweet on Paris and cotton candy and the Lemon Buttercup smells like the Signature Summer Lemon Vanilla with a slightly more tart lemon.

I sniffed in store today… white mocha kiss is beach nights (the marshmallow one) from the summer. The pink peony and lemon were also familiar smelling although I do think the praline might have been something new! I thought it might be a pumpkin pecan waffles situation but it wasn’t.
