P.S. Is anyone watching Time After Time? H.G. Wells, Jack the Ripper, Freddie Stroma, what’s not to love? My love affair with H.G. Wells dates back to first time I read the Invisible Man and later Claude Rains bringing said Invisible Man to life. The series is based off the film of the same name. Malcolm McDowell is in it, so yeah, saw the movie when I was like 16 and everything with Malcolm McDowell was very, very, very, very important to me because hello, Clockwork Orange!
I dunno if fans of the film are going to see major similarities between it and the TV series because lord knows the TV series is going for a much more youthful, sexier feel. Freddie Stroma is totally my new crush. He’s adorably nerdy and endearing as H.G. Wells and also, pretty sexy too! He was in Harry Potter but he’s grown up considerably.
Anyway, it’s on Hulu if you want to catch up. I watched two episodes so far and really enjoyed it.
By the way, Happy Hump Day! Almost Friday! I think, kind of, sort of, not really….
