    I took advantage on Sunday of their Friends & Family sale. I am expecting tomorrow the Ombré Hypnose Stylo eyeshadow stick in Rose Lumiere and the Creme Radiance cleanser.

    I am upset with Lancôme since they changed their website. Numerous calls, e mails to them about not receiving e mails about various sales or reminders to read their blog are to naught. I even noticed all my reviews disappeared with the revamp. In the past, if you wrote a review and if you went to write a subsequent review on another shade/color a window popped up telling you that a review had been already written. Old reviews connected with my e mail got removed somehow.
    They are really slow about fixing these kinds of glitches.

      Yay! Nice hauling! 😀 Sorry to hear it 🙁 I honestly haven’t played on their site recently, so didn’t notice. I do know Sephora is going to drive me insane. Their site has so many wonky things going on!

        Please! I could write a novel about the Sephora site — can’t read reviews on I Pad because the black box from the bottom of the page comes up to block them once the page completely loads.

        Ulta also has issues with IPads too– cannot scroll shades or scroll the list of stores having the item. The entire page ‘moves’ instead of the scroll thingee on the right of shades or store locations. A phone call to their C/S said that their website is not compatible with the Safari browser! What! How many people do you know use I Pads?
