Want To Try a New Facial Primer?

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

I’m one of those people that’s always on to the next best thing. I mean, half the fun of makeup and beauty is the hunt isn’t it? I secretly never want to find the glossiness of lipglosses, the best and creamiest concealer, or the longest wearing blush. Why? Because I like trying new stuff, I like hunting out brand new products. It’s part of what makeup so much fun!

Anyway, if you’re anything at all like me you might be interested to try out the new Botanic Farm Soft Cover Pore Balm Primer!

Botanic Farm Soft Cover Pore Balm Primer ($18) is an oil-controlling soft balm that minimizes pores, evens out skin texture, and tones skin with witch hazel. It can be applied alone or before foundation to create a flawlessly smooth finish on skin.

It sort of sounds like Mally’s Perfect Prep Poreless Primer at half the price (her version is $35).

Grab it up at Ulta.com.

Oh P.S. My life has been crazy busy lately so, I didn’t get a chance to watch the Taboo finale. Hopefully some of you are watching it as well because I am so confused right now. I THINK they are doing a Season 2 so, hopefully it’ll clear some sh1T up because right now I’m left scratching my head but there’s Tom Hardy at least right?

Eye Candy!

You’re welcome!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I’m not looking for a new primer but I’m totally here for Tom Hardy. <3

LOL! that’s the most important of the post anyway right?

Wait, how is it you waited so long to watch Taboo?? I’d never even HEARD of Tom Hardy before that show and I’m not necessarily crazy about him in anything else, but those grunts in Taboo…. sigh.
Also, Ulta brand has an amazing mattifying balm that is just like Mally’s (no idea how it would compare to this) – it comes in a compact with a sponge and you pat it on your face and shine is GONE. And it’s like $12 bucks. LOVE that stuff.

I watched it but I just watched the finale recently haha 🙂 what? You never heard of Tom Hardy?!?! WHAT?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bane? Mad Max? Legend?! Wuthering Heights?! OMG JY I need to educate you haha 😀 I love the man. I would like to lick him from head to toe, I’m not sorry about admitting that haha! They do? I didn’t know that! Off to explore! I love my Mally one but cheap is nice 😀 Covergirl has one too!

“I would like to lick him from head to toe…” That line made me snort. I see pics of Tom Hardy holding his baby and I’m like, “I wanna have his baby too!!” Lucky baby and lucky baby mama. Lol.

LOL omg yes! I don’t like kids but I’d totally have his children lol! Have you seen the dog photos of him? He’s a huge animal lover and someone compiled photos of him and all his dogs SO CUTE STOP!

I just looked at them! Omg this guy can do no wrong! Absolutely perfect. I would even trade places with one of his dogs just to sniff his manly aroma. Lol.

“on the hunt for the next best thing…” I’m right there with you. It’s definitely part of what makes makeup so fun. It’s also why my “collection” is out of control. I am forcing myself to use up leftover moisturizers before allowing myself to get something new. Currently having a problem with lip gloss and perfume. Can’t. Stop. Buying.

I’ve done the same thing with skincare, Amy. I told myself I wouldn’t buy any new skincare until I use what I have. I have a seriously problem with fragrance too 😀 beauty junkies unite!
