Guilty of Buying Sephora Golden Hour Highlighting Powder

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Remember that time I said I wasn’t so into highlighters? Sephora Golden Hour Highlighting Powder ($16) caught me unaware and suddenly I had two shades in my cart, I was checked out, and the proud owner of highlighters I probably wouldn’t need but they are so pretty. That’s a reason why I should own them right?

That peach one though! How could I say no?

Sephora Golden Hour Highlighting Powder are a new highlighter with a suede-like texture apparently. These have a luminous sheen and can be worn layered over your favorite blushes or bronzer. I already own NYX Duo Chromatic Illuminating Powder in a gorgeous orange but I couldn’t resist picking up two of these from Sephora. The promise of a peachy morning light glow was too good to resist! They also got me on the warm rose gold.

What am I doing to do with all these highlighters?

Shades:

  • Dawn (peach tone that give the effect of glowing morning light)
  • Dusk (pink tone that gives the effect of sultry evening light)
  • High-Noon (rose gold tone that gives the effect of warm, radiant light)
  • Twilight (lilac tone that gives the effect of ethereal moonlight)

Sephora Golden Hour Highlighting Powder are available now at Sephora.com.

Don’t worry I’ll share my review and swatches with you shortly!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Funny Muse. I thought of the same thing. They look so pretty and I have the Nyx one you recommended ( ahem , convinced). I like the peach and rose gold one but I would need to see reviews and swatches.
