Laura Mercier L’Amour Exotique Face Illuminator Collection for Holiday 2017

Laura Mercier LAmour Exotique Face Illuminator Collection is a new, limited edition highlighter palette that contains four gorgeous highlighters. This is a follow up to last year’s palette release which was wildly popular and sold out rather quickly. It contains four shades but no names are given sadly. These act to add radiance and a natural glow to skin. There’s a few cooler shades in this version as I recall last year’s being a bit on the warmer side of the fence but this shade round up is a little more balanced in the warm and cool tones it contains. The shades look very vibrant in the promo images.

I’m sort of over the highlighter trend myself but I always feel slightly tempted when I see palettes like this popup as my magpie nature loves all the shiny, glittery things!

Laura Mercier LAmour Exotique Face Illuminator Collection is available now at Sephora.com.

What’s caught your eye so far during Sephora’s Early Holiday 2017 Access?

Oh by the way, how was your Friday? I saw IT last night and totally loved it. They did a great job with it. Finn Wolfhard though as Richie! Amazing! He delivered his smart ass lines so perfectly! There was so much comic relief in this film but I wasn’t at all bothered by it. It was fun to watch and I didn’t want it to end.

Now the wait until 2019 for Chapter 2. Jeez, that’s ages away.

Happy Weekend!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. “My magpie nature”. Love that! One of my friends calls me a trout because I’m attracted to shiny things. My problem with highlighters is that I haven’t found one that works with my 59 year old fine lined skin.

lol too cute a trout 😀 I feel like highlighters don’t work for any skin type. They always accentuate every single imperfection, pore, line, etc…! Only instagrammers seem to be able to achieved that perfect glow lol!
