About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Wow, the “Give Them Darkness” palette is **THUD** actually a mostly cool-toned eyeshadow palette! It’s not ten reds and oranges. Might have to give that one a look.

At ten bucks, won’t it suck and bum you out further about the lack of cool toned palettes? It IS interesting, though. bought one MUR blush I don’t particularly like, so never tried any other stuff. Better look here for any MUR eye palettes.

The palette looks nice! We’re supposed to be Disney Princesses at work, so I’m going as Mulan. I always see the other princesses, but I hardly see anyone dressed as Mulan. I’m excited; I even bought a costume from China to look the part. LOL!

      • Christina

Will do! I’m super excited. Now to decide if I want to paint my face super white like Mulan does in the movie when she meets the matchmaker. LOL! I totally do not want to do that. I want to look PRETTY! Haha!

I’m such a sheep. I just bought the skull candy jar because of this post 😉 He’s SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cute.

LOL! ;-D You’re going to love it. it’s adorable! I didn’t buy it online because I was concerned my UPS guy would fling it onto my porch! So I’ve been hunting all over a variety of targets and finally located it! They call it a candy jar but it seems more like a cookie one 😀

Omg. This was the best enabling you’ve done for me. This dude arrived today and he makes me HAPPY! He’s so rad! Can the believe this big dude was only $10!

I saw the Vampire Night lip color in Ulta yesterday and wow, I love that shade of red!
I’ve never tried Makeup Revolutions products. They’re so cheap! For Halloween these items are great. I wonder for everyday what the quality of these products are? The Dead or Alive eyeshadow palette looks nice too.

I think I’m going to be Antheia for Halloween this year. She is the Greek Goddess of flowers and plants. lol! Thought I would weave some flowers in my hair and do a woodsy nymph makeup look.
