ColourPop Golden State Of Mind Shadow Palette Available October 31st

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

ColourPop Golden State Of Mind Shadow Palette ($26) is the first exclusive eyeshadow palette to launch at Sephora starting October 31st. It’s also marks the launch of Colourpop at Sephora which has been hotly anticipated since news broke earlier in the Summer.

The new palette is gorgeous to say the least and contains 15 Colourpop Pressed Powder Shadows in luster and shine finishes that give it an icy, metallic look and feel. As you know I recently tried out the Colourpop I Think I Love You Eyeshadow Palette and loved it so I expect even great things from the Golden State of Mind Shadow Palette!

The palette goes live at Sephora.com starting October 31st but there’s no word if the entire Colourpop range will also launch at that date. We do know that Sephora will begin carrying Colourpop very soon though!

The shades include in the palette are:

  • Pay the Piper (icy blue)
  • Girlfriend (pink with violet glitter)
  • Uptight (rose gold)
  • Sparkler (silvery bronze)
  • Cant Stop (icy champagne ivory)
  • Golden Egg (pinky beige with turquoise glitter)
  • Unsupervised (pink champagne)
  • Lust in Time (medium cool rose)
  • Zero Clue (vibrant warm yellow)
  • Mind Tricks (icy blackened purple)
  • Watch Out (golden ivory with pink glitter)
  • Wing Woman (red brown with green and gold glitter)
  • Heads or Tales (icy cranberry)
  • Drizzle (icy baby pink)
  • Tinker Time (blackened antique gold with blue glitter)

Do you think you’ll be picking this up when it launches?

I know I will but I’m scared it’ll sell out fast!

ColourPop Golden State Of Mind Shadow Palette arrives October 31st at Sephora.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. So I guess the prices will be higher when they move to Sephora. Sucks, but I suspected as much. I’ve loved everything I’ve purchased from them so far though, so as long as the quality is the same, I’ll suffer an increase. This palette looks amazing.

From what I’ve seen, they’ve promised that prices won’t increase. This particular palette is more expensive than their 12-pan palettes bc it is bigger. 🙂

      • Kish

All of the other 12 pan palettes were $16. This is $10 more for 3 more shades.

I just now noticed that, lol. To me this palette reminds me of a Tarte palette I saw a few months back. I have ordered 9 palettes this month, going to hold off for now

The quantity is doubled. The pans are .10 ounces instead of .05 ounces. I bought it last night. Looks so beautiful.

This looks awesome but I’m hoping for smaller palettes like duos or quads.

This palette looks very pretty. I hope it does not have much glitter to it. I am not 20 something years old anymore. I agree with the other lady with price increases at Sephora. I hope it has good color pay off.

ERRRR dang it. I want. Just when I was looking at my stash and thinking “do I REALLY need another palette?” Colour Pop’s pressed eye shadows really surprised me. I purchased a few of their pressed eye shadow palettes and couldn’t believe how good they were. I also purchased the “I think I love you” palette with the Muse super shock shadow just because it reminded me of your blog. Now if only they released a shade name “lizzie”

awwww that’s so cute thanks Lizzie hehe ;-D <3! I hope they do one named Lizzie for ya ;-D

So last night on IG the ColourPop girls said that they aren’t selling their entire line at Sephora and that the stuff on Sephora will be exclusive to them. A huge sigh of relief from me. I’ll happily pay a bit more for some stuff on Sephora, but I’m so excited to know that I can still get all the other stuff through their site, and they are launching new stuff this week. This is really the best possible outcome for fans of the brand, I think. 🙂

I have purchased all the other palettes for 16 bucks, and loved them at that price. Good shadows, good colors. I just wish they would not do a price increase right out of the gate, that is what makes them well, them, so, don’t know if I will purchase or not.
