    wish I had waited and ordered it from Macy’s. I ordered this stuff from Too Faced directly on the day of it’s release. I paid $25 for overnight shipping and it still hasn’t shipped. I called that the girl, who sounded like she was about 14 said she couldn’t tell me when it would ship, probably not for another two days (bringing it to one full week since the order was placed) because they are “backed up” due to their sale on the 13th. She also could not cancel the order. Effing losers. I’m not a happy camper.

      I was going to do overnight shipping too but I noticed the site was sluggish and figured they had a lot of incoming orders and wouldn’t get mine out right away whether I did or didn’t pay the $25 bucks. I’m sorry they did that to you! you should call and ask for a refund on shipping!

      Too bad you didn’t use a CC; I would seriously consider disputing the transaction if I was told that I couldn’t cancel. I feel like it’s sort of false pretense to advertise overnight shipping but then take a week to process your order.

        I did use my Visa Debit card — I have the same dispute rights as a credit card…..good idea! Thanks.

          You’d be surprised how often a vendor changes their tune once you say that you’re sorry to hear that they can’t accommodate but you’ll be disputing with your bank. The only times I’ve had to follow through with a dispute is if a vendor just straight stop answering my calls/emails. (I dispute even minor charges if they’re wrong out of principal. My biggest pet peeve is when they swipe my card twice and tell me that the machine had an error and it won’t charge me twice, but then it does.) My bank automatically refunds me any dispute under $60. The one time I had to actually speak to a bank rep, I just detailed the dates I emailed/called (which they actually consider to excess because I think I emailed/called over 6 times) and I was good.
