It might look like a pokeball but Tatcha The Pearl Tinted Eye Illuminating Treatment is all about attacking your dark circles. Available in three shade selections this tinted eye aream promises to restore moisture to your skin while reducing the appearance of dark circles.

The idea behind the formula is to offer light coverage to brighten up the eye area while pearl extract restores radiance to address dark circles. It also contains niacinamide which acts to diffuse the appearance of fine lines and hyaluronic acid to hydrate and help the delicate skin of you under eyes to retain moisture.

I’m always slightly skeptical of eye creams that promises to correct dark circles because I truly believe aside from concealer there really isn’t a cure for dark circles. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about splurging on a good hydrating eye cream. However, I think a better option would be to splurge on a pigmented concealer if you’re looking for an eye cream that will erase dark circles. In my experience, nothing really treats dark circles and concealer is your best bet.

However, I’m about trying this if it eases the look of dark circles due to the fact it is tinted. And of course, the fact that it contains hyaluronic acid makes it a very appealing purchase for anyone with drier eyes.

What do you think of the new Tatcha The Pearl Tinted Eye Illuminating Treatment?

I have tried so many eye creams and have barely seen any difference. I hope you try it and let us know. 🙂

likewise. Millions! Expensive, cheap, you name it, I tried it. At best I get good hydration from formulas which in fact helps with finer lines but to treat dark circles and puffiness, no way.

I will wait for your review on this. I tend to avoid tinted eye creams because I don’t always do a full face and sometimes just want the hydration and apply my moisturizer with SPF.

Yeah, no. In my experience, tinted eye creams are mediocre eye creams and mediocre concealers, with the main selling point being that they’re in one product. When I was much younger, that was a selling point that worked. Now, I have darker circles and my fine lines are appearing – I want two separate GOOD products that each focus on their area.

exactly my thoughts. I just need a good hydrating eye cream and a good pigmented concealer and I’m golden. If I was 20 this would be very appealing but I’m not!

I couldn’t agree more that nothing actually helps dark circles. But it doesn’t stop me from trying all the dark circle promises out there. I really like tatcha though. Hoping to pick this one up with the sale over the weekend. I’ll need a new eye cream soon anyway so why not =)

likewise! I try it all and believe it’ll help but always disappointed when it doesn’t sad sigh! LMK how it goes!

I would like to see a comparison between this and the Becca under eye brightener, as they seem to be somewhat the same since they kinda conceal by catching the light, not sure. I feel like I really need a brightener with my concealer now that I’m older compared to when i was young.

becca under eye brighten is blue and has no pigment works more as a primer this is actually tinted and provides sheer coverage becca’s does not. Completely different products 🙂

I live for this product, as a guy it is the PERF halfway between wearing concealer or just moisturizer. And of course Sister Tatcha is EVERYTHING, she’s so good for the skin.
