That was quick! Clinique BIY Blend It Yourself Pigment Drops, released just a few short months ago, are now on sale at nordstrom.com (free shipping). I dunno if anyone remembers these but it’s a pure pigment formula which you can mix with moisturizer, primer, etc to create your own custom foundation.

I actually hated Cover FX Cover Drops when they released but I’m a massive fan of Hard Candy Glamoflauge Mix”in Pigment Makeup Drops so I am curious about Clinique’s formula. They were on my want list for a while but I never got around to picking them up! Now that they are $16.50 it might be a good time to indulge.

Anyone try them?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. No, but I really like cover Fx drops with Belif aquabomb. Can wait for a 20% at Paula for my HGLN (long name) TM. Aquabomb does great with add-ons. You can mix in Gel blush, foundation drops, illuminator drops, etc and I have yet to see it separate or in any ways degrade. ‘Course, we are hardly skin twins. Good luck with this.
