Covergirl Peaches & Chocolate Collection Features Some Yummy Scented Makeup

Covergirl Peaches & Chocolate Collection is a new deliciously scented makeup collection launching for Summer 2018 that arrives at Walmart and Walmart.com (select items available now on Walmart’s site) this June. I dunno about you but I’m so on board with all this delightfully scented drugstore makeup.

Scented makeup everything is obviously going to be quite a big deal this year! Maybelline Soda Pop Eyeshadow Palette is on the way, the L�Oreal Paradise Enchanted Scented Eyeshadow Palette and entire Paradise Enchanted Makeup Collection launched, and let’s not forget the Maybelline Lemonade Craze Eyeshadow Palette too! It’s a busy season for drugstores to ride on the success of Too Faced’s popular Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette and Peaches and Cream Makeup Collection.

Covergirl joins to ranks with their Peaches & Chocolate Collection that brings together a selection of chocolate and peach scented eyeshadow palettes, blushes, and highlighters.

What do you think? Cute? I personally love it! I’m a big fan of the soft, creamy consistency of the trueNaked Eyeshadow Palettes so I’m excited to see that they are extending the range with two new shades. The rest of the line looks like the same slurry texture as that eyeshadow palettes which I hope translates well to blush and highlighters.

I’m a little sad that most of the collection is exclusive to Walmart as I’m still trying to find the Physicians Formula Butter Palette and Perfume! I hope this won’t prove as difficult to locate. As soon as I’m home from vacation the hunt begins!

    My WalMart just put out the display of Physicians Formula palettes on Sunday so other stores should be getting it out soon!

    I’ve only seen the shadow palettes…. and they were SO smooth and pigmented. THAT PEACH BLUSH THOUGH!!!!! It reminds me of the peach blush from the mint dose of colors collection. I don’t really care so much about the smell…. but if it is pigmented and buttery I AM ALL IN!

    These look so pretty. I hope Target and Ulta carries them. There is no walmart where I live unless it is sold on its website.

    Just noticed they have it online right now and in California where I live it’s showing it’s in stores, so hopefully you’ll have no problems. I might’ve picked up an item or three. Lol.

    I’m super interested in that bronzer. I wish companies would branch out away from the chocolate and peach themes though, I’d love a strawberry theme.

    Peach and chocolate? Are you kidding Cover Girl? It’s as if their invitation to 2015 got lost in the mail. This has been done to DEATH. Can someone not think of something original because I sure as hell can. At least there is some slight hope with the Maybelline Soda Pop and the L’Oreal Berry Much Love palettes. I have enough peach and chocolate makeup colors to last until 2112 (when they have assumed control).

      Carol, I love your comment of “their invitation to 2015 got lost in the mail.” No kidding! I love peach and chocolate, but there’s so many other scents they could do. Coffee, anybody? (As I roll around in my coffee-scented Yes To cleanser…) Wine? Caramel? Tell me caramel-scented wouldn’t be popular.

      Still, I like CoverGirl and plan to at least look at these.

    These are now available at Walmart.com – but I’m a little reluctant to take that route. Back when Drew Barrymore’s Flower Beauty first rolled out, I was anxious to get my grubby little paws on it and ordered some items online. An eyeshadow palette arrived in pieces due to inadequate packing. (Of course, it’s not unique to Walmart; Target did the same thing just a few weeks ago.) They could both take a lesson from Ulta on that score.

    When I first read it, I said chocolate and peaches don’t go together, but now I see they aren’t combined. The eye palette reminds me a little of that older rose palette, I can’t remember your review. There are so many scented collections now that haven’t appeared here yet so I anxiously await your review and by the time they arive I will know what to buy andrrive what to pass on.

    This collection looks really nice. Hope I can find it at one of my local stores.

    I never found the PF kit at Walmart but I think the one at Harmon’s (that is more pricey at Ulta) is somewhat nicer since it has the body butter too.

    Peaches and Chocolate anything sparks my interest. I’m bummed that this is at Walmart only but will try to track it down. Love the blush and eye palettes!

    I. Can. Not. Wait. I’m an eye shadow junkie, I do NOT need more, but you can bet I’m probably buying these (I shall await your swatches first, however). I have loved all the TruNaked palettes that have come before, so as long as I like the colors, I’m sure I’ll love these too!
