Guerlain Meteorites Le Parfum Available Now

Guerlain Meteorites Pearls Carousel

Just a heads up the Meteorites Le Parfum Guerlain is back in stock at the Guerlain Boutique at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. I could be wrong but I have this weird feeling it is going to prove hard to find so I thought I’d give lovers of Guerlain Fragrances a heads up where they can purchase it.

You can call (702) 789-5247 and they’ll take a credit card by phone and Fedex out the scent to you. I believe shipping is free over $100 but the fragrance is $65 or $69 (can’t recall what I paid) so you’d have to add a little something for free shipping or pony up a few bucks for them to ship it for you.

I’m headed to England later this month and will hop the Eurostar to see if Sephora France has Shalimar Souffle de Lumière as of yet. I was very, very hopeful that the Vegas boutique would get it but no such luck. They do have three exclusive Aqua Allegoria scents in stock one of which is an orange blossom scent but I tend to shy away paying full price for these because as much as I love them I’m absolutely appalled how short a time they wear on my skin. But those might be an option if you’d like to tip yourself into the free shipping zone!

Correct me if I’m wrong but Meteorites Le Parfum hasn’t been available in nearly 20 years now! It’s nice to see its return.

If you’re not keen on ordering this via phone and just want to kick back and await the release at department stores you can always do that or if you need a powdery violet kick right now there’s always the delightful La Violette by Annick Goutal to get your fix.

Hope this helps some Guerlain fragrance fan girl or boy out there!

Stay tuned for my review of the scent!

I’m going to wait and hope it shows up at Nordstrom. Thanks for the info though. I thought it would have been more widely available by now.

    • Isabella Muse

I sincerely thought it would have already launched at Neiman Marcus at the least. I’ve checked pretty much every high-end department store in Manhattan and nada! It’s quite odd! I do wonder what the hold up is and I do hope is is more widely available soon. Perhaps I am too anxious ;-D Maybe it’ll be more towards the end of the month!? Worst case scenario you have a backup plan and can grab from Vegas.

The Guerlain boutique at Bergdorf Goodman had it in stock and they offer free shipping too. I know they’ve been selling it for weeks now so not sure if they still have some left. I had called that boutique in Vegas before and they told me that the department stores won’t get it, like it’s a boutique exclusive or something. I don’t know if that information is true but they were out of stock at the time so I had to look elsewhere.

        • Isabella Muse

in NY?! I went there and nada but I checked earlier in the month! I think that seems incorrect of BG had it! I hope that’s not true as there are so many meteorite fans out there that would want this!

          • mylinda

They did! (I feel bad I mentioned it. Sooooo sorry!) I called them on the 8th maybe? I remember coz I wanted it for Mother’s Day and they shipped it to me. It literally arrived the Friday before Mother’s Day. I had called the other boutique in Vegas (not the one in the Bellagio but the other one) before I called Bergdorf’s and they said they had a waitlist already. I remember reading some forums like April 20something and people mentioned getting it at BG. I understand the frustration because I’m sure this would sell out in a snap if they had it at all Guerlain retailers. I don’t understand why it isn’t everywhere. I’m wondering if it’s like a test market, boutique only for now and if it sells, they’ll offer it at dept stores. Or they’re going the way they did with Terracotta Le Parfum which is everywhere now. But I missed it when they launched.

          • Isabella Muse

omg I can’t believe it. I think I went after the 8th though so I def missed it. Did your mom love it? 🙂 I didn’t even get “wait list” and I have a regular Guerlain rep at that location! They just told me nope, not available yet. SADNESS! I almost thought for a sec it would be Euro only since it was becoming difficult to locate Thankfully scored it though in Vegas! I had the same issue with Terracotta which is basically such old news but like you said in the beginning was impossible to locate! I find their newer niche fragrances always a bit weird release wise. Their more main stream ones just launch everywhere (macys, sephora, etc) but the unique or “niche” ones are a bit more difficult to find! Kind of sad we have to play sherlock holmes to get this stuff!

  • mylinda

You’re so right, I hate playing this game hunting for stuff that can’t be found! Like you, I had worried for a minute that it was not for US release, which only made me more desperate to get it. Guerlain, look what you’ve turned me into! But I am very glad that you have it and am keen to read your review. I have to admit, it wasn’t everything that I expected it to be. I’m the girl who used to leave three to four jars worth of meteorites in a fish bowl on her vanity just so I could get a whiff of it whenever I got close… I figured a bottle (or two) would be a better idea but I’ll save my comments for when you review since I don’t want to spoil it for anyone. Yours is one of my favorite blogs even if I rarely comment btw ❤❤❤

    • Isabella Muse

Agreed especially with fragrances. Fragrances are by far the most confusing when it comes to what is launching where! Guerlain is guilty, guilty, guilty of doing so many Euro launches and making it seem like it’ll be released in the US but it never is GRRRRRRRR! I know what you mean about it not being what you expected, I had the same issue! I love you have meteorites in a bowl on your vanity haha too cute! I actually think Annick does violet better than Guerlain did in this launch! Aw thank you SO freaking much that means the world to me truly! and I love I can discuss fragrance with someone who knows and loves it too! Most people come for the makeup so I’m always terribly excited to chat fragrance with people that like it just as much as makeup!

      • mylinda

I’m curious about La Violette as you’re not the first to say Annick does it better. I really should get myself a sample. Standing by for your review of Meteorites Le Parfum!

        • Isabella Muse

def do! Lucky scents can do a sample! I’d send me to you but I don’t have any empty decant vials at the moment! I’ll def have a review live shortly ;-D See if we agree on how it smells!

    • Isabella Muse

!? know what?! Whatever is I take full credit for impressing you! LOL!

      • Valery

I am impressed by your vast knowledge too!! — I am wondering , I love this in the Pearls Powder for Face. Am soooo curious- what does this Perfume smell like? I looked online for a description and no luck. Is it a Floral scent? or? Thanks in advance.–

        • Isabella Muse

LOL thanks 😀 I love you guys for being impressed with my knowledge of nothing ;-D hehe! I feel very important though now 😀 xoxoxox! I feel like Linda I don’t want to ruin it for anyone! I’ll review it soon but I will say, sadly, it doesn’t smell as lovely as the original which launched a LONGGGGGGGG time ago 🙂 that did indeed smell like the powder/meteorites but this is a bit fruitier!

          • Valery

I sure would like to know more about it- if it is a floral or Fruity or what notes are in the scent?. Sounds lovely like I would like to buy it and wear it as so many are excited about it. You know I am always on the hunt for something rare and hard to find.-lol I can’t seem to find a description of the scent online. — My signature scent is Estee Lauder “Beautiful”. but I do have a couple others I wear too when the “mood” strikes me……/ Being I am writing here, topic rare or hard to find Perfumes- I have looked for years for the true little bottle of the pure Beautiful Perfume OIL.,> it is nowhere to be found now. Do you or anyone reading here know where I might find it? Thanks in advance!!

Muse! Any recs for what to do in Europe? Planning a trip in July and August…And England and France are on my list…

    • Isabella Muse

If you’re going in July or August and plan on traveling between cities (Amsterdam, Paris, London, Brussels, etc) I highly encourage you to start picking up Eurostar tickets right now. I got mine nearly four months ago because the prices can be close to airline costs and you’re in danger of not even getting tickets at all if you’re thinking you can just head to the station and pick some up. So, do that soon 🙂 If you aren’t planning on taking the Eurostar there are def other options for travel that are cheaper but take longer. Avoid tour packages, in my opinion they are too rushed. Take to the city yourself and explore, you’ll have a way nicer time! There are so many things to do and the list can be overwhelming! Is this your first time? How long will you stay? It all really depends on these two things in my opinion. As if this is your first trip you’ll likely want to do the really touristy things like ride the Eye and see the Eiffel Tower and eat the best chip butty around ;-D If you’ve visited before or a few times in the past you can do some more obscure, unique things. Where will you start your journey and from there where do you plan to go? Let me know and I can make some suggestions ;-D

I fell in love with the scent of Guerlain loose face powder and the Meteorites pearls the first time I used them eons ago. I happened to stumble across the Meteorites Parfum years ago and bought seven or eight bottles of it, am still using one and have the others stored. Who would have ever thought that Guerlain would have ceased making it and then have it come back and become such a hot commodity. Truly a blast from the past.

    • Isabella Muse

NICE! You are set for life lol! You can auction those off for retirement lol!
