Rodin Olio Lusso Illuminating Powder is a Must for Mermaids

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

I imagine if you want to be a mermaid the first step is purchasing this Rodin Olio Lusso Illuminating Powder ($50). I mean really though, as tired as I am of mermaids and unicorns even I want to get my hands on this!

The talc-free formula is a gel powder formulated that gives skin a gorgeous ethereal glow but that’s not really what’s so excited about this highlighter. Nope, not caring about the highlighter portion at all! I’m all about the design! The powder is printed with a pretty mermaid lounging under the sea with starfish and shells. Adorable!

It’s a bit expensive but this is one of those highlighters that begging to become a part of my beauty vault.

Rodin Olio Lusso Illuminating Powder is available now at nordstrom.com and neimanmarcus.com.

Oh by the way, it isn’t mermaid related but I got an e-mail that Something in the Rain hit Dramafever (and also Netflix I think!?). I sadly can’t watch it at the moment so I’m depending on some of you to tell me how it is! I heard great things.

Jung Hae In plays a younger guy who falls in love with his sister’s older best friend. Jung Hae In is 30 years old but he has just the baby face to pull off the part. I’ve seen a few clips over the last several weeks (it aired in Korea back in March and just recently ended its run) and it looks rather cute.

If you started it already let me know how it is!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. OMG thank you so much for the heads up! I saw this at British Beauty Blogger and knew I needed it for the Museum, since I’m obsessed with mermaids and the collection is designed by artist Donald Robertson! Off to order!

You are so right! Best embossing/surface treatment EVER. Who could use this and destroy it?

Just have to pop in and say 1) this powder looks INSANE. I need it. And 2) I don’t know how long it’s been sitting here above the comments section, but your bio is ADORABLE. *Like-minded individual raising her hand!!!*

The drama was no good. It was so dark (like the cinematography) and gloomy all the time.. the backstory wasn’t very interesting and the reason why the mom hated Jung Haein was ridiculous as well. Oh, and her ex was also out of this world ridiculous. Honestly only watched it for Jung Haein.. and it was still really not that great.

I just started it, I’m into ep2! I sadly read ahead though on dramabeans and sounds like I’m in for a good cry! I’m watching it for Jung Hae In too! He’s such a cutie!
