    No Emerald City, boo! Lots of goodies, though. Love those striped beach blushes. So funny that Cargo started as a Barney’s exclusive, then S, then U, then some U online and Kohl’s.

    I love Hautelook! Definitely a go-to place of mines to find discounted prices on brands. I recently bought a few of Cargo palettes that I need to test out and review. The eyeliners are great, and last a long time.
