Calgon Makes Marshmallow, Red Velvet, and Cotton Candy Scents Did You Know?
Did you guys know that Calgon makes marshmallow, red velvet, vanilla, and cotton candy body mists? What planet am I living on that I never across this wonderfulness? I’m a massive, did I say massive? I mean massive fan of Hawaiian Ginger! It was like my signature scent in high school and to this day I still love how sweet and yummy it smells! I always haul it out during Summer because it’s the perfect scent for the warmer weather.
I dunno why because I wasn’t searching for it but recently I was recommended a Calgon Sweet Confections Set on Amazon. Yeah, so Amazon just knows what you want even if you’ve never browsed for it on their site or purchased it from them before. There are code monkeys out there in Seattle watching every move you make on the Internet, learning what you like, and feeding this into Amazon. Big brother is watching.
Anyway, I was recommended the Calgon Sweet Confections Set. It was available on Prime and included 4 2 oz Calgon Body Mists in Red Velvet, Marshmallow, Vanilla, and Cotton Candy. These are probably some of the strongest body mists I’ve tried from Calgon! They lasted all day on my skin and had a fairly nice throw!
I wouldn’t say the scents are exactly what you’d expect them to smell like but they pretty gourmands that aren’t overly sweet but in fact sort of sultry. I’d say Cotton Candy is pretty much the only that smells the way you’d expect it to with a sweet, sugary scent. Marshmallow, Red Velvet, and Vanilla are warmer, sultry blends with a musky undertone that adds a bit of depth.
I absolutely no idea that Calgon had these scents up their sleeves. I can see myself buying full-size versions of them if I can actually locate them!
Anyone heard of them?
