Why Is Not One Talking About the Laura Mercier Hidden Gems Eyeshadow Palette?

Laura Mercier Hidden Gems Eyeshadow Palette for Holiday 2018 ($55) doesn’t seem like it’s making the rounds in the beauty world at the moment so I think I’ll chat it. I always love when Laura Mercier introduces a larger eyeshadow palette around the Fall/Holiday Season! It’s even a little more exciting this year since the new Hidden Gems Eyeshadow Palette looks like a cooler palette. Something the beauty world is sadly lacking in lately.

The palette, like most palettes launching at the moment, is inspired by precious jewels. There are a total of 12 shades here each of which is 0.03 oz in size. It’s a palette that does contain ver few mattes it appears which is unusual for Laura Mercier but I’m not complaining!

I’m looking forward to meeting this one up close and personal!

It’s available now!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Maybe its saturation? There is nothing new or whoah So people are distracted by other releases that are visually more appealing.
I for once, find nothing special about this palette, granted i am not much into cool tones cause of my skin undertone but still its nothing special ( then again what its special nowadays) in my opinion

It def won’t work for my tone either but I think it feels different on many levels and that might be a key selling point for it so I am surprised a lot of people didn’t jump right on it!

Yeah, I saw the promo images for this as well and thought it looked pretty good. I didn’t live all the other Artist Palette I bought back then (mainly because I like stronger pigmentation), but this is such a nice selection of colours for a palette. I plan on at least checking it on in stores.

    well, they’re not talking about it because it’s a hidden gem!! I mean, c’mon Muse… really…:D

Happy to see you back!! I miss your blog and was jonesin’ for updates! XXOO!

This actually caught my eye but I’ve never been attracted to the brand before and don’t know much about it. I feel like I don’t see many reviews on their shadows other than the caviar sticks. No idea what the quality of their pressed shadows tend to be??

This color combo does feel very different than most of the others out there. I don’t buy Laura Mercier eyeshadows, and am also on an eyeshadow no buy kick right now, so we’ll see.

Ok I saw this the other day when looking for what was new on Sephora’s and wondered why I haven’t heard anyone talking about it too! It looks super pretty. I wish there were swatches available. I still might pull the trigger though! Will you be indulging?

Right? Seemed odd! I’m THINKING about it but I don’t think it will work with my skin tone! I look best in warmer shades!
