Muse Approved Makeup and Beauty To Purchase During the Sephora Sale

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

No doubt I’m always terribly flattered to hear someone tell me after I review a product that they purchased it and loved it. After ten plus years of blogging that feeling never gets old! It makes me feel really good that I was able to recommend something that someone else loves too!

I thought I’d compile a list of Muse Approved Makeup and Beauty I’d recommend to purchase during the sale! From my fav eye creams to my favorite hand cream this list contains some of my very favorite products! Hopefully it helps you discover something new to enjoy!

Volition Beauty Helix AM/PM Eye Gel ($42 after discount)
This is one I really love! I saw this on an Instagram video and it looked like a mini miracle! I tried it and it is! It’s a thicker eye gel and it does such a great job decreasing the look of puffiness! Not to mention it hydrates and also, it extends the wear of my concealer. If you’re looking for a new AM eye gel don’t hesitate to try this!

Volition Beauty Turmeric Brightening Polish ($30 after discount)
Another item I love from Volition Beauty is the Turmeric Brightening Polish which is a thicker exfoliating facial scrub that acts to whisk away dead skin cells and brighten up my complexion!

Becca Hydra-Mist Set & Refresh Powder ($30 after discount)
It’s an older release but I fell in love with a few months ago when I reviewed it. This cooling, silky setting powder isn’t drying and leaves skin beautifully flawless! It might have fell off your radar to buy but at 20% off it is worth picking up now!

Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Touch Hand Cream ($12 after discount)
Please do yourself a favor if you come away with nothing from this sell at least get this strongly scented, amazing hand cream that smells like a tropical island cake!

Clinique Dramatically Different Hydrating Jelly Review swatches

Clinique Dramatically Different Hydrating Jelly ($23 after discount)
This launched in the Summer and it was my go to in the warmer weather and it still remains a fairly hydrating formula even in the cooler weather! I quite enjoy it and I’d totally recommend checking it out!

Benefit Hello Happy Soft Blur Foundation ($23 after discount)
If you like natural, weightless coverage that has that your skin but way better appearance this is the foundation for you!

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Eye Rescue1

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Eye Rescue Cream ($48 after discount)
Severely dry eyes? Charlotte’s ridiculously thick and creamy eye cream is my HG (holy grail) to keep my eyes look soft and happy!

charlotte-tilbury-multi-miracle-glow

Charlotte Tilbury Multi-Miracle Glow Cleansing Balm ($48 after discount)
I don’t use this as a cleansing balm I do however, use it as an overnight mask (yup! It’s a mask, a cleanser, and a facial balm) and it makes my skin look not only smooth but also hydrates to the max while making me look ten years younger!

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Night Rescue Cream

Charlotte Tilbury Charlotte’s Magic Night Cream ($116 after discount)
Yup, expensive as hell but oh my god so hydrating! I love this stuff in the Winter! I was lucky enough to buy it in a vault that Charlotte offered two or so years ago and since that time I’ve repurchased it twice because it is luxuriously moisturizing and well worth the $$$!

I hope this Muse Approved list helped you make some great purchases 🙂 And if you’re using my links to shop please know that I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart as it really supports the site so very much! Anything I make off commissions goes directly back into the site!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.

I tried a sample of that Volition eye gel and I loved it! I was really impressed with how moisturizing it was.

  • Dee

It does! Have the Charlotte Tilbury eye cream in my cart along with other goodies.

The Volition. Yes, forgot that one. I’m going to get the Tula eye serum form U with Ubucks and the Volition. I had a sample of the turmeric polish and liked it as well, bu could not tolerate it right now. You know, what this unlimited orders and two w/es for rouge says to me, is that Big S is feeling the pressure. I think I’m more up for the second w/e. Big expenses and very exhausted right now. 10 hours, between 2 jobs today. And between, I had to drag in all the outdoor furniture because of the Noreaster, which I hope you New Yorkers miss. Ad usual, really great sale posts.

Thanks for the great posts and recommendations.
I took your advice and stayed away from most mid level brands this year. I will wait for sales from their sites directly. I placed two orders that included Tom Ford (Oud Wood fragrance), Nest Fragrances (White Sanalwood which was in the sale section), NARS (foundation and lipgloss), Cover FX (Custom Cover Drops), Dior (lipstick) and Charlotte Tilbury (Rock Chick eyeshadow quad and 2 lipsticks). Now I’m just waiting on deliveries.

I’m getting the Charlotte Tilbury cleansing balm because of your suggestion
I’m looking to trying it !

      • Amy M

Sure thing! I’m also going to be starting a journey with scents, parfum, etc. I’ll be looking at your suggestions, your likes and dislikes. I never gave perfume much thought. But last month a lady in an elevator smelled so good, it left an impression on me, I saw her a couple days later at a restaurant and asked what she was wearing…
It opened a whole new world for me. I’m so excited 🙂

        • Isabella Muse

that’s so cool 🙂 What scent was she wearing?! curious minds! I hope you have fun on your journey and please if you have any questions ask away! fragrance is a passion for me 😀

She could not remember the fragrance. She thinks it is Avedda chakra 1.
I’ve been reading reviews in Fragrantica. It’s fascinating. I want to smell everything I read about.

          • Isabella Muse
