Well, that was fast! The Becca Be the Light Face Palette hit the sale rack and are now 50% off ($23). Pretty crazy how fast stuff goes on sale.

P.S. How are you? Sorry for the lack of replies! I have an awful cold which is leaving me feeling rather uninspired and not wanting to play with makeup! It hit me harder than a ton of bricks. I lost my voice which sucks! I also have a pretty packed weekend schedule so I sure as hell hope that this clears up soon!

Also, is anyone watching You on Lifetime? Holy cow I need to discuss with someone watching it! It’s so gooddddddd!

    And the Volcano palette…is that the name?…is not being well received, so it will join the sale queue. Becca does not do as well outside their core competencies, so the e/s did not surprise me. Looks as if some folks still haven’t cottoned on to photoshopped promo images, bec apparently Volcano sucks, and maybe broke even. I did think this face palette would do better. As to You, OMBFG! Not sure I ever watched anything on Lifetime before. It’s certainly not their standard fare, the way the Miniaturist kind of, er, big time, shocked you, when the husband’s orientation was revealed. GBH/PBS, really? The only thing PBS about the Miniaturist was the period piece aspect. IDK how I even heard bout You, but binged the first three and am totally addicted. Oh, yeah, IMBD’d they male lead and read the synopsis. You have to do a SETTLE DOWN, BENJI meme. That is my line from here on in. You is made for us ID addicts. Cannot wait to see what happens, and no other fall 18 shows have grabbed me at all. Guard your phone, and beware of the last nice guy in NY.

    Mine do! I told my son, we cannot be sick or injured as we have to be well for this upcoming weekend.

        Well NIN is pretty epic too. But SOAD is a bucket list concert for my son and me. Flying all the way from Ohio to Cali to see them. Cannot wait!

          NIN drained my pockets, I can’t believe how much tickets are to see NIN nowadays WTF! But I’m happy to be going just hope I feel better soon! I can’t blame you Serj Tankian is amazing! His voice gives me chills! He has that same depth as Adrian Patrick when he did the Promise with Maria Brink. I wish Adrian actually did more metalcore, his voice was made for it. But I’ll take him as in anyway ;-D Have a blast! That’s so cool you and your son are going together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Did you hear the new update about Deciem/The Ordinary? I don’t keep up with drama, but even Allure reported it.

    I don’t like to psychoanalyze people on the internet without context, but the way he’s acting is pretty consistent with someone experiencing a manic episode of bipolar disorder with paranoid symptoms… I think he’s clearly got some health issues going on, and I hope he has the time and appropriate care to sort that out. I would not be surprised to hear if it was something like that a couple months down the line.

    I like the products though… hope the brand comes back.

      yeah I did! He’s been on and off meds I THINK because he’s posted videos where he is taking some sort of pills and yes, a lot of his symptoms seem consistent with bipolar disease. I wish someone would get him the help he needs 🙁 I’m no expert on mental health but something seems very wrong.

    I love You! I read the book about four years ago and was blown away. They cast Beck and Joe perfectly. The show follows the storyline of the book almost exactly. It’s so creepy and good!

      omg I didn’t even know it was a book I’m going to look it up now! Is it weird that I actually feel some sympathy for Joe?! Beck is an idiot at times! and Peach OMG Peach! I want to kill Peach lol!

    Love the “You” show. I love that Penn Badgley AKA Dan Humphrey on Gossip Girl is playing this stalker guy, Joe, on You and now it seems like Peach is a stalker too. Can’t wait to see how the series plays out this season.

    Funny how we have two threads of mental illness in this post/comments. I recognized neither of the two mains, but had seen Shay Mitchell in some m/u thing and Lou Pucci (?) in s.t. Suspension of disbelief is so easy, when you don’t know any of the actors. The book sounds TDF, to use a too-apt phrase. Anyone who had a stalker can relate. Just being civil can encourage very abnormal behavior.

    They changed the price, when I finally went to buy it. It’s $29 in the cart. I was so disappointed.
