Buxom Wanderlust Primer-Infused Blush Has A Beachy Fragrance To Get Your Out of Winter Funk Mode

Buxom Wanderlust Primer-Infused Blush ($22) is a new primer infused blush that has a beachy fragrance which might just take you out of Winter funk mode and transport to a tropical beach for Spring break. I know a lot of people are groaning right now, “Nooo! Not fragrance in my blush!” But I admit I’m always up for fragrance in some of my products. Please forgive me this?

Available in six shades Buxom Wanderlust Primer-Infused Blush has a built in primer that allows color to last up to 12 hours. It also contains hyaluronic acid and a colorless base which apparently allows the ease of blending. I’m actually not familiar with colorless bases in blush….! Anyone educated on that topic? Do share!

The blush has contains pearl which creates a luminous finish on cheeks. I do wonder how similar they are to Bare Minerals Gen Nude Blush which I really wasn’t a huge fan of. They were a little flat in my experience and required a bit of building depending on the shade. I really wanted to love them but I just came out of the experience feeling a little meh.

Shades:

  • Goa (berry)
  • Seychelles (bronze)
  • Mykonos (peach)
  • Ibiza (pink)
  • Havana (rose)
  • Dolly (absolute mauve)

Buxom Wanderlust Primer-Infused Blush are available now at Ulta and Sephora.

Anyone planning on picking up a shade or two?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If the fragrance doesn’t bother you… just for me most fragranced products on my face make me itch like crazy. Must be a trend, though, with peach or chocolate scented shadows, etc…

Ugh!! I’m SUCH a sucker for blush. I’m trying another no-buy in the new year, but I’m gonna keep my eye on these.
