Moschino Toy 2 Eau de Parfum is Available Now and I’m Excited

Moschino Toy 2 Eau de Parfum ($76-$96) arrives today after being teased across a variety of perfume websites for the last several weeks. I’m so excited! I have the original Toy and I love the scent! When I heard they were doing a new version I was over the moon. I think I originally heard about Toy 2 way back in October and have been patiently awaiting its release.

This new edition has focuses on tart green apple notes and orange combined with delicate, feminine floral notes and added richness comes from amber wood and sandalwood.

  • Top Notes: Mandarin Orange, Granny Smith Apple
  • Middle Notes: Magnolia, Jasmine Petals, Peony, White Currant
  • Bottom Notes: Musk, Sandalwood, Ambery Woods

The original Toy Perfume smells like sultry coconut to me! Toy 2 sounds a bit more playful and Spring-like! I hope it has the warmth of the original!

I’m also pretty excited they changed the packaging of the bottle. The original bottle was housed in an actual stuffed bear. This new version comes in a bear-shaped glass flacon. The original was cute but awkward as hell to spray and also to store!

Moschino Toy 2 Eau de Parfum is available now. I’ll be purchasing it right away!

How about you?

It sounds like something I would go for. But I don’t really understand perfume “menu” descriptions. So often a scent seems right up my ally, then I smell it and hate it.

me either lol! Sometimes they’ll list all these gorgeous notes and I’m all OMG that’s me! And I smell it and I’m all NOPE!

So cute! I can’t imagine pulling out a stuffed teddy bear to spritz myself with. LOL! I’m all for cute and unique packaging, but I’m also a grown woman. Haha! I would get this version just for the adorable packaging that’s still cute and i wouldn’t be afraid to display.

confession: I did a little surgery and removed the bottle from the bear. It’s a shame because the bottle is just plain, nothing on it, but the bear was SO damn awkward!

From now on I will refill my honey bear with some perfume and call it a Moschino and save tons of money. Lol! Love the bottle I’m a true sucker for cut dry sthungs but the perfume better be worth it. Would maje a cute gift for a teenager but darn teenagers are so picky these days or any day in the past too, i wouldn’t dare try.
