Muse, what primer would you recommend for dry skin? I used to use Benefit Porefessional and Tarte Poreless Mattifying Primer until I realized that mattifying primers just don’t work for my skin. I’ve tried the Too Faced Hangover Replenishing Face Primer and I’m pretty sure it worked just fine but it’s a bit expensive for me. Your review on the E.L.F. Poreless Putty Primer was very convincing and I plan on picking it up soon. The Makeup Revolution Star Primer looks nice as well.

Thank you! I’ll check those out. I keep meaning to look into Wet and Wild but I still have this notion that they’re the cheap brand you try when you’re just getting into makeup. Definitely NOT the case these days but it’s just a mental block I must push through lol

I just bought the elf Glow Up Primer Serum and it’s pretty amazing for my combo skin. It gives nice hydration and illumination but doesn’t leave the skin greasy AT ALL.
