Glossier Bubblewrap Good For Eyes and Lips But Not Shipping

Glossier Bubblewrap Eye + Lip Cream ($26) is a new all-in-one eye cream that takes on dry under eyes as well as dry lips but no, you can’t use it to ship things! It’s not that kind of bubblewrap!

I have so many feelings about a multitasking eye cream that acts as a lip cream as well! I mean lips are lips and eyes are eyes right? How can one cream do it all? Glossier decided their was a market for it though and decided to take some of the best moisturizers out there like hyaluronic acid, squalane, and avocado oil and jam it into this formula.

This new formula acts to not only moisturize the delicate area around your eyes and lips but also plumps up the area and helps it to retain moisture. Glossier claims the formula is lightweight and has a water-in-oil emulsion formulation that wears well under makeup!

I’m curious enough to purchase this one and try it out! I’m an eye cream junkie so, I’m curious to say the least. Worst case scenario I’ll use it as a weekend kind of eye cream when I’m not wearing a ton of makeup and don’t need a super moisturizing cream under my concealer you know?

What do you think of Glossier Bubblewrap? Do you like the idea of a multitasking eye cream? Honestly, I’d probably never use it on my lips so in that aspect it defeats the purpose!

Actually, plenty of Cos have had dual purpose eye/lip over the years. I always use a tad of eye cream around, but not on the lip itself. But that’s usually in s/c only, not if i’m using m/u. In many ways, eye cream is just a heavier, more concentrated moisturizer, with whatever extras they want to add. The eyes are the more sensitive of the two, so eye cream will be fine periorally.
