Makeup Minis That Won’t Break The Bank and Let You Try Before Buying the Full-Size

I love how more and more brands are creating mini sizes of their latest skincare and makeup launches. It makes it SO much easier to try something out without spending a ton of cash and also, potentially committing to something you don’t like in a larger size that cost more. Sure, I realize that Sephora, Nordstrom, etc have excellent return policies but I’m an awful returner. I put something in a bag and just forget about it until it’s way too late to return it.

That’s why all these minis are fab not to mention they are perfectly sized for travel.

Here’s are several new and exciting new launches that are now available in mini sizes!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I have bought all the tatcha minis available and i have to say im obsessed! It seems like i use less product overall too knowing i only have a small amount so thats how i justify spending all my money dollars! I wish they had a tinted silk canvas primer though

I am absolutely loving that brands are making more minis/travel sizes!!! That way like you said you can try before you commit to a bigger size but you also have more of a chance of using up product before it goes bad. When you try lots of skincare and makeup you can end up with a lot of half-way done products and then you have to sniff them to see if they’ve gone off. I’d rather spend money on smaller version of a high quality product than a larger version of something that is just meh. I don’t think size always equals value for money!
