Tarte Goals Goals Goals Eyeshadow Palette is a new Sugar Rush Eyeshadow Palette that’s pretty damn big. Do I really need another massive eyeshadow palette? Me thinks not but you know, make addict problems! The palette contains 36 eyeshadow shades and will set you back a mere $27 (plus if you snag it from tarte.com you can use code BESTIES for an extra 25% off or Reward Members get 30% Off) in keeping with the Sugar Rush’s more affordable price range (total palette size 0.72 oz). Sugar Rush sort of crept up on me as I really felt in was a bit juvenile but some of the items are actually quite good so, I’m not writing this one off completely.
