    Wow – sephora’s stepping up their game with the freebies!! A weensie palette to try out? Nice!! A coveted lipstick shade? Super!! Maybe sephora’s finally getting the message that their rewards stink compared to Ulta’s!

    I really doubt that I retain my VIB status with sephora this year…. I just ahven’t bought much from them. But ulta – that’s a different story! I’m platinum and am about $25 from retaining that status for next year!! I’ve really been hitting ulta hard this year – took me a while to “get” ulta, but now that I’m platinum, well, they blow sephora out of the water with their rewards! If both stores carry the same item, I’m all about ulta now, and not sephora!! Maybe sephora’s feeling the pinch if others are doing the same thing as me, and they’re going to up their game! Here’s hoping!

      Once Ulta gets into more niche fragrance, they’ve totally nailed it. I doubt i’ll hit VIB, either, after having been rouge since they started that nonsense. S really did seem to have interesting and exclusive stuff at the beginning, now half of it is standard dept store m/u. Copying the 21 days through price matching just shows how badly S needs to compete, as they become less relevant to their traditional customer base.

    It’s just going to be a teeny eyeshadow. And from the pick it looks brown. They did that once with make up foever.
