Too Faced Christmas Star Face & Eye Palette, Better Than Sex Mascara and Eyeliner Vault, and More Holiday 2019 Available Now
Parts of the Too Faced Holiday 2019 is now available at toofaced.com and at ulta.com and sephora.com! We’ve already seen some of the Holiday 2019 Collection but the official launch on Too Faced’s website has a few other extra goodies we haven’t yet seen of those items being the new Too Faced Christmas Star Face & Eye Palette that appears to be exclusive to their website.
The Too Faced Christmas Star Face & Eye Palette ($44) is a fold out star-shaped palette that features 20 eyeshadows, 5 blushes, a full-size lipgloss exclusive to this gift set called Ginger Snap, and a deluxe size Better Than Sex Mascara.
It’s oddly shaped and likely bulky but I don’t hate it. I haven’t been terribly impressed with Too Faced lately but I have to admit they have made a good, solid effort with the Holiday 2019 launch.
Another item I’m seeing pop up is the Too Faced Gingerbread Lane Gift Set which will likely be exclusive to their website and available at Ulta.com. This is one that almost always goes to Ulta every year! It’s their customary three-in-one gift set that features three different travel palettes which contain four eyeshadows each and either a blusher or bronzer. It’s priced at $35.
This one is always a little iffy for me since over the years I’ve accumulated a lot of Too Faced Holiday Sets and most times this particular set has a lot of easily duped shades. It’s still a very cute gift for anyone that’s a Too Faced fan or for those new to makeup but it’ll be repetitive for those who have spent many Holiday seasons with Too Faced already. Each palette has a unique Christmas treat fragrance!
One of the most pointless gift sets for me is the Better Than Sex Mascara and Eyeliner Vault ($75). First off, I’m probably one of the few people that doesn’t like Better Than Sex Mascara. It seems like every influencer and beauty blogger in the world things the formula is the bees knees and I’m all over here like meh burp next. Why you’d want to spend $75 on four full-sizes of the same mascara and two of the same eyeliner makes no sense to me. I mean, if you love this formula I guess!? But it seems like it would go bad before you used it all! It’s not even like you can break this into gifts because the mascaras and eyeliners are not individually packaged. I think a better option for this set would have to been to do some colored versions of Better Than Sex or even add some sparkle to the formula. It would be more appealing than just getting six full-size black mascaras and eyeliners. But hey, for the Better Than Sex Mascara lover it might be a great gift!
A lot of the Too Faced Holiday 2019 is marked as coming soon at the moment but one of the hottest products that everyone really wants is the Gingerbread Extra Spicy Eye Shadow Palette and that is available today on their website. I’m not sure of the release date for everywhere else but I imagine later this month!
