I find that more and more people that read my blog have started concentrating more on their skincare. I think that’s partly because we are all tired of the endless makeup reruns we’ve been seeing but I think it’s also because we are slowly realizing that good skincare means we need a lot less makeup.

I always like when the Holiday season rolls around because it means a lot of different skincare sets launch making it easy to try new products at a fraction of the cost. I’ve selected some new skincare products that launched as well as skincare gift sets that might be worth a look at that are available now at Ulta.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. The Aveeno and Olay products sound good to me, and I’ve never tried a face brush! Must check that out as well.

Definitely a few things in there I’d like to try! The Olay serum stick looks awesome, and I’ve been wanting to try some of the Curel skincare.
