Bath & Body Works Christmas Cookies Fine Fragrance Mist Review

5 stars out of 5

Bath & Body Works Christmas Cookie is yet another limited edition Holiday 2019 fragrance that launched with the Bath & Body Works Sweet Shop Collection. I have to admit I’m really loving some of these scents and I’m happy I grabbed them! By the way, it’s not yet listed but it’s been leaked they’ll be a Mint Cookie scent launching soon! Perhaps for Black Friday or Cyber Monday?

Anyway, I did purchase Christmas Cookie as soon as it launched on site and I couldn’t be happier I grabbed it.

Here’s what I thought of this yummy Christmas scent.

Bath & Body Works Christmas Cookies is available in Fine Fragrance Mist, Shower Gel, Body Lotion, and Body Cream. I got the fragrance mist and body lotion during a $4.95 and BOGO deal last week. With Black Friday around the corner there’s been a lot of cool deals popping up at BBW lately. I didn’t have time for a store haul so I did order online and shipping was super fly fast.

Anyway….!

Does anyone remember when Bath & Body Works did those Pumpkin fragrances a few years ago? There was Pumpkin Cupcake, Pumpkin Apple Cider, etc…! I remember being a bit disappointed they didn’t actually smell like their namesakes. That happens a lot with Bath & Body Works though doesn’t it? They’ll throw around notes like cake and fluffy whipped cream but I never ever smell any of that in a fragrance. That’s not the case with the Sweet Shop scents. They are actually turning out quote well!

Christmas Cookies most definitely has a Christmas cookie vibe going on! It sort of reminds me of the Merry Cookie Candle fragrance but isn’t an exact dupe. According to Bath & Body Works the notes are creamy cookie dough, almond biscotti, and caramel woods. At first mist you really get that biscotti note but it fades and a warm woodsy cookie comes out. This is a true gourmand thanks to the woodiness! It isn’t completely foody or desert like simply because the woodsy note brings it to a different level. It’s quite warm and welcoming like fresh baked cookies but with a woodsy caramel swirled around it that gives it a delicious edge! It’s warm, comforting, and has a sophisticated baked cookie note that’s quite lovely.

This is a keeper.

Bath & Body Works Christmas Cookies is available now.

I have tried it in store and bought it. I am a big fa of gourmand fragrances and this extremely pleasing. It smells like cookie but not in an overwhelming way.
