Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale 2019/2020 Starts December 26th

It’s that time again! It’s time for the Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale for 2019/2020 starts December 26th in stores and online with savings on all your favorite goodies. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that this sale will be great but let’s be honest for a sec here, the Bath & Body Work Semi-Annual Sale has sort of sucked the last several years. I think part of the reason for that is because Bath & Body Works does a “time release” with the sale. Basically throughout the entire month they have new mark downs and new deals every few days or every week. I dunno about you but I don’t have time to run over to Bath & Body Works every single time they release a new sale item. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

There are returning favorites which I always feel like no one, anywhere asked for. Like are there a lot of people out there yelling “WE WANT CUCUMBER MELON TO RETURN!” Some of the favorites that make a come back just aren’t one I’d personally pick out not to mention they are almost the same every single year. Why not do something new?

Here’s the returning scents:

  • Black Amethyst
  • Mad About You
  • Cashmere Glow
  • Pink Chiffon
  • Cucumber Melon
  • Black Raspberry Vanilla
  • Night Blooming Jasmine

I have some hope that they have leftover Pink Velvet Cupcake and it pops up in a bin somewhere because I missed out on it this fall and grabbed it during Body Care Day and love it. Of course, it is now gone and sold out. Maybe stores will have some leftovers on sale!

I hope this year’s Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale surprises me!

What do you hope to score during the sale?

Yayayay Black Amethyst!! That has been my absolute favorite scent and I was crushed when they discontinued it. Every year I look to see if it’ll come back during a semi annual sale and I’m so excited! Time to stock up again for the apocalypse xD

I really wish they’d bring back some of the fragrances that were popular when I was in high school in the early 90s. Flowering Herbs, Sea Spray, and Freesia in particular!

that’d be nice to see! they seem to do the same return scents every single year. It’s boring!

Oooh Flowering Herbs would be AMAZING! That scent brings me back to my childhood lol!

B&BW frustrates me because I don’t feel like they listen to what their customers want for returning scents. I feel like it’s the same scents every single semi annual sale. I wish they’d bring back the signature vanillas.

I love Cashmere Glow and Night Blooming Jasmine, but I have more than enough of both. Night Blooming Jasmine seems to be the only fragrance that lasts on me for more than an hour, so I’ll love it forever lol. I miss the good old days of the sale when they would bring out stuff that you hadn’t seen for years, like long dc’ed candles. And almost everything was 75% off. But, I’m sure I’ll go check it out anyway.

So excited to see Black Amethyst returning. I totally forgot about Flowering Herbs. I’d love to see the return of some of those older scents. Water Blossom Ivy was another great one.
