First Aid Beauty FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask arrives today and just in time for Winter because if you follow me on Instagram you know I posted a pick of my car cocooned in ice. Yup, Winter is here in New York and it’s only going to get more brutal!

When the Holiday spirit begins to die down and we start settling into Winter hibernation mode that’s typically when brands come at us with new skincare launches. Do they know our skin needs a bit more TLC during the cold or are they just cashing in on the “New Year, New You” mentality and hoping that we’ll all want to revamp our skincare routine and check out some new launches? Who knows but First Aid Beauty FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask has launched at the right time that’s for sure.

This one is for drier skin that’s irritated and needs a little calming! It’s a leave on mask that can be used overnight that acts to hydrates skin as well as calm redness and irritation that may have been brought on by the cold. It does this using Arnica Flower but ironically it’s really low on the ingredients list plus arnica extract used in larger amounts on skin can actually prove irritating.

Hmmm! Guess it’s good it’s found lower on the list of ingredients. In the end, the First Aid Beauty FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask does contain some great hydrating butters like shea and cocoa not to mention it also contains hemp and coconut oil as well as glycerin. For $32, you’d expect a bit more though but fans of First Aid Beauty might deem this one a worthy pick up.

First Aid Beauty FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask is available now at Sephora.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. OMG – you’re covered in ice?! Bleah – that’s awful. Sounds like us last year here in the midwest. But so far (knock on my wooden head) it’s been quite nice!! We’ve had a few snows, but just an inch or two, and then it’s melted. (‘Bout an inch melting right now) and the rest of December looks to be quite nice, so a GREAT change from last year where winter started in October and went thru April. It’s nice and sunny and about 35 degrees here… (are you ready to punch me yet? ) 😛 I hate the ice – just *hate* it!!! Gimme 6 inches of snow, but keep the ice.

Oh, and the mask looks interesting too – specially this time of year!! Hope you melt out soon, Muse!

I read that as OMG you’re covered in lice LOL! It’s been raging weather over here. Yesterday we had a squall, today it’s all ice in the AM, and finally we have tons of window that make it feel below zero! Ouch! Hope it warms up! LOL yeah I am sort of jelly of your 35 degrees lol! I hope we do too!
