Milani Salt n’ Pepa Very Necessary Eyeshadow & Highlighter Palette, Salt N’ Pepa Hot, Kool & Vicious Eyeshadow & Highlighter Palette, and Salt N’ Pepa Lip Kits have arrived for Spring 2020 and they are giving me so many feel good 90s vibes.

I remember songs like Let’s Talk About Sex and I Wanna to Sex You Up (I have think back for a moment and really, really try hard to understand why I crushed so hard on Color Me Badd, I mean, really, those over-waxed eyebrows. Ugh! And that Kenny G twin!) absolutely horrified my dear old mom! You see my mom was pretty much convinced I thought babies were dropped off by the Vlasic pickle stork. Thankfully enough when I was in 6th grade she did sign a permission form for me to have Annie aka Shelley Bruce explain a little bit about reproduction to me. I’m not sure if watching that scarred me for life or actually educated me on my period! The verdict is still out on that one. I do think I did learn more about sex from Salt n’ Pepa though…!

It’s odd that Milani just suddenly said, ok, let’s team up with Salt N’ Pepa and do a little makeup collection. Maybe the 90s are making a comeback for Spring/Summer 2020.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Where to buy: Marshall’s and/or TJ Maxx, in 90 days or less! And is it just me, or does it look like discount Tarte on the inside?

To be honest, I’m here for it. It’s fun, different, and it’s not a “collab” with someone from Instagram. Also, if the pigmentation is good, that’s would be a nice traveling palette!

I agree! It’s pretty fun and right now Milani isn’t on my “disappoint list” so I’m betting it’s good quality!

I would purchase both of the lip kits. The eye pallettea look like something you reviewed in the past. It’s fine to have the 90s vibe showing up.
