Suave Hand Sanitizer Is Here and More Are Coming

Guess who has a hand sanitizer? Suave! Yup, Suave Hand Sanitizer has hit the market. It’s now available at Target. And this my friends is how you can tell your grand kids someday how the evolution of hand sanitizer started. Because you know that if Suave is doing it we’re going to see everyone and their mama introducing their own formulas soon! I’m sure it’ll be all Baskin Robbins 100 flavor choices up in here soon.

You know there’s some irony in the fact I stock pile Bath and Body Works Hand Soaps like the zombie plague is about to hit. When this started 100 days ago, I felt such comfort that I had rows and rows of Bath and Body Works Hand Soap in my beauty closet. But I quickly realized I did not stock pile hand sanitizer as much as I did regular old hand soap. I mean, every season, every holiday, ever bloody limited edition hand soap ended up in my cart and in my beauty closet. I had enough to share with my entire neighborhood. But for some reason my massive stash was lacking in the hand sanitizer department. I had several laying around in my desk drawer, some in my purse, and a few bottles scattered around but not nearly enough to provide any comfort when I thought for sure the world was ending. Thankfully enough, Bath and Body Works has started restocking and they appear to have lifted their limits on how many you can buy at one time!

Other brands have also started to introduce different sanitizers some of which come along with a donation to COVID-19 relief of some sort like the one Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Touch Hand Sanitizer Spray.

As we head into the brave new world I think hand sanitizer will definitely be the accessory of choice to have on you. Suave just made me realize that we’ll see EVERYONE coming out with some formula or another as stores start re-opening. This is formulated with 65% Ethyl Alcohol but do your research prior to buying as not all hand sanitizers treat all germs. And don’t forget hand sanitizer takes about 30 seconds to actually work so no touching your face after application.

Do you think a wave of different hand sanitizers are about to hit the market?

I can really relate to this post. When I went into this pandemic, I thought I had enough BBW hand sanitizers to get through it but I quickly realized that while I had a plentiful stash of body wash, I had overestimated my hand sanitizer stash. It didn’t help that it was initially very difficult to find.

During this time, I discovered a spray hand sanitizer produced by Demeter that had no scent but wasn’t too drying. I stocked up quite a bit on that one. COVID-19 has reminded me not to take for granted so many things in my life, and hand sanitizer is one of them.

This happened to me too. I grossly underestimated how much hand sanitizer I had! I chronically wash my hands throughout the day and I stock up on hand soap majorly but hand santizier I was sorely lacking it. It’s weird how we take the little things for granted. I mean TP for example. Who in the world would think that would be an issue!?! I didn’t even no they made one! How interesting and without fragrance! Even more interesting. I think COVID def will make some of us in essential hoarders ;-D

I had never been so happy with my 36 pack of costco toilet paper as when the pandemic hit and there was a run on TP! Being a semi hoarder has its virtues.

By the way, BBW hand sanitizers are back. I just placed an order for four of their 5 packs.

they do indeed and no limits too praise the antibac gods!

I saw this the other day in the supermarket and it completely blew me away. It was in a spray bottle, but still Suave. I also saw ten packs of disposable masks. This is a weird new reality we’re inhabiting!

When sanitizer was totally impossible to find around my location, luckily I had some alcohol which I put in a little spray bottle to carry with me to spray my hands after I went anywhere. It’s about time to refill the bottle, and every time I go anywhere I check if there is alcohol in stock. HA HA HA. That’s like trying to find toilet paper was a couple months ago. It’s flour, sugar, butter and alcohol now. Go figure.

likewise and still is! I did the alcohol thing too lol! My hands literally started to crack because of it but hey, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do lol! now we all learned a lesson to stock pile TP!

Hi, I so agree, I do the same thing and stock pile things. My husband laughs at me and tells me i am ready for the armageddon. But I didnt have enough hand sanitizer but I did have plenty of body wash. It is a scary time but glad other companies are now producing sanitizer since you can not find Purell anywhere. Take care and be safe.

I do too. I do it with a variety of things and it really helped me during this covid situation! but some reason hand sanitizer was not something I hoarded!? But now I know better lol! I have NOT been able to locate purell anywhere! I did find Germ X but Purell feels impossible to find in NY! Stay Safe Alisa!

I recently found at a local Shop Rite a half gallon of hand sanitizer. I thought I won the lottery! Finding Lysol Disinfecting Wipes also makes me feel giddy!
Hand sanitizer should be 60% alcohol & sanitizers should contain a concentration of 70% alcohol.
Lucky you finding Suave Hand Sanitizer; maybe our supermarket will be carrying it eventually.
