Beauty and Makeup I’m Stalking in the Mail This Week
Good Morning friends!
It should be 11:00 AM and bright and sunny in Gotham when this hits your social feed! I’m writing it at 5 AM though and I’m a little bleary eyed and trying to wake up. How’s your day going? I have a pretty packed schedule today but I hope to make it to Michael’s when it first opens today to hit up the Fall decor section! BRING ON AUTUMN!
Most importantly, I’m looking forward to getting some mail today. Who stalks their UPS/Fedex/and mailman? Show of hands? I do! My UPS man once asked me on a date and if I wasn’t in a relationship I think I’d say yes because imagine that? Full access to UPS services because the UPS dude is your boyfriend. If you’re on Tiktok I highly recommend looking for UPS and Fedex hashtags as some of these guys have hysterical Tiktoks. One UPS guys gives treats to all the dogs on his route and films it! Amazing! Another one does random dances the back of his truck! Amazing! And of course, there’s the adorable, tenderhearted, style icon Fedex driver Johnathon Cainee! Not only cute AF but so nice and lovely to his fans! My Fedex guy is 50, tattoo-free, married for 30 years, and in love with my dog! He is not a Johnathon Cainee LOL!
Cute or old, sweet or grumpy, thank you too the people that get me my mail and packages. You all work very, very hard! During the Holidays, on rainy days and snowy ones, and when a lot of the world was home you were still out there getting us things we needed.
I’m glad things are starting to get back to normal here as I did miss doing online ordering. I stuck to essentials as 99% of the time when things were bad but now that things are a tiny bit better I started doing regular orders.
So, here’s some makeup and beauty I’m currently looking forward to getting in the mail today and this week!
Lush UK
Already got it actually! I ordered some of the newest fragrances they have available like Nero. Of course, as always one leaked in shipment over. Ughhhh! Why does that always happen to me? But none the less, at least it left my UPS driver’s entire trucking smelling pretty or at least that’s what he told me 🙂
Tarte
I finally caved and purchased the new Wink of H2O Vegan Collagen Eye Cream. I don’t really love Tarte’s eye creams but this sounded intriguing which promises 24 hours hydration while reducing puffiness.
Lucky Scent
I can’t believe the sheer willpower I used when placing an order at Lucky Scent (I don’t think the Manhattan store has opened yet so I just ordered online) as I get in trouble when shopping! I got the Strangers Parfumerie Summer Sample pack! The Summer Collection looks really fun with all sweet, fruity scents that seem right up my alley!
Ulta
I did a really tiny Ulta order! I grabbed the Morphe x James Charles Brush Set that’s on sale for $29, one of the Lottie London Ombre Blushes, and Nabla Skin Glazing in Lola.
