Anyone else get terribly obsessed with blushes when Summer rolls around? I always concentrate a bit more on my cheeks in the Summer. Typically I’ll just do nothing on my eyes, load up on mascara, apply clear lipgloss, and go to town with a pretty blush on the weekends. I like that innocent doll-look that a blush can give you without applying a ton of heavier eye makeup!

There’s a ton of new blushes popping up lately! Some I’ve tried, some I want to try, some on my wish list, and some I already purchased but haven’t yet tried.

Here’s a list of some of the newest blushes to add a flush to your cheeks this Summer!

Mrs Hinch recommended this on her Instastories some weeks ago and as Sephora just started carrying Iconic London now seems like a good a time as any to try ’em! These are the perfect treat for Summer cheeks as they are a watercolour blush with a gel formula that gives a soft flush of color with a lightweight formula that doesn’t feel heavy!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I have a ton of blushes but these are so pretty! The Jouer one (I love macarons and anything that have to do with macarons lol) is especially attractive! Are you getting any of these?

Yeah! I had my eye on a few of ’em tbh! Like I need more blush!? EEP!

The ELF sticks are awesome! I bought all the colours! Lol! The L’Oreal Age Perfect has no pigment. I’m super pale and couldn’t get the shade I bought to even show up. If you’re getting one I recommend maybe the darkest shade.

Iconic London is on Ulta, too. The Zoeva blushes and HLs I have (not this one, but I have the eye palette, which is pretty good, for pastels) are very nice. You turned me on to the Lottie London blushes, which might be the best DS blushes ever. Might have to do an ombré one. The new Patrick Ta cream plus powder collection is a lot more inclusive than the original powders. Cheeks rule.

I would probably buy all of these, if I didn’t already have too many blushes as blushes and lip gloss are my weakness. I just love blush and gloss!
