Good Afternoon beautiful people!

I hope you’re having a productive Monday. Mine has been busy since I opened my eyes early this morning! Let’s take a 5 minute break for a little retail therapy.

Here’s what’s new at Sephora at the moment.

Take a look maybe you’ll need something.

1. Fenty Slip Shine Sheer Shiny Lipstick $22
It’s absolutely no secret I’m a massive fan of shiny lipsticks! Fenty’s new Slip Shine Sheer Shiny Lipstick arrives just in time for the Summer heat with a lightweight, shiny finish and a creamy texture that gives lips a slip of pretty color and plenty of shine!

2. Sephora #LIPSTORIES Lip Balm $9
Don’t really have that $22 to spend on Fenty’s new lipstick? No problem! Sephora also has a new sheer, lip balm with a shiny finish that will set you back a mere $9!

3. Violet Voss Sakura Blossom Eyeshadow and Pressed Pigment Palette $42
That Wet n Wild My Melody Eyeshadow Palette is look a lot like Violet Voss’s new Sakura Blossom Eyeshadow Palette! Whoa! Inspired my cherry blossoms this colorful pink palette contains gorgeous golds, roses, pinks, berries and cranberries!

4. Sephora Lip Last Matte Lipstick $14
With Fall soon on the horizon I’m sure matte lipsticks will be back but the question remains will we still be in a mask or will we be wearing our lipstick loud and proud for the world to see? This new slim lipstick is a weightless, comfortable, creamy matte finish lipstick that’s transfer resistant apparently so maybe it will work under our mask!

5. Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Coconut Fizz Eau de Toilette $95
This isn’t new but it is new to Sephora. Guerlain launched these in 2019 but Sephora just started carrying them! I’m a big fan of the Aqua Allegoria EDTs and this one is lovely. It’s a refreshing watery melon scent that has a creamy coconut note that’s delicious! Perfect for Summer!

6. Estee Lauder Futurist Aqua Brilliance Watery Glow Primer $40
Embracing your dewy glow this Summer? Estee Lauder’s new primer is a lightweight, moisturizing gel that creates a dewy, plumped up complexion!

7. KDV Beauty Shake Primer High-Impact Invisible Eyeshadow Primer $22
An invisible liquid eyeshadow primer with a bi-phase formula that applies transparently and intensifies eyeshadow color while extending its wear!

Anything new you’re eyeing at Sephora?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I’m in the market for a new perfume so I really want to try that Guerlain fragrance.

I feel like there have been a couple eyeshadow palette releases this summer, more than usual. Most summers are just bronzers galore. So I’m pretty happy to see a few palettes.

That being said, is it terrible that I don’t mind that the slow down in constant newness? I’ve gotten a chance to enjoy my stash more rather than constantly trying something new. I did do some damage with the holiday weekend sales at Ulta and Sephora though. Mostly palettes that were on sale that I would’ve never gotten otherwise.

I think the slow down can be good for our health and our wallets. The constant newness puts everyone on edge and we forget to enjoy what we have. It’s a good thing to see some slowness 🙂

Has anyone tried the Sephora lip balm, particularly the satin finish?
