About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.

Hm. Only thing right now that’s tripping my trigger is the M. Big mascara on the 4th. Are they going to list the eleventy billion other sale/special priced items like they did in the flyer they used to send out? I miss that flyer – I could spend hours perusing that thing!!

What’s on your radar, Muse? 🙂

  • kjh

The Cosrx, maybe the Jane Iredale. Any UD pencils that have slipped through the cracks. Recommending: the Cover FX dual (matte/shimmer) blushes. They are going on sale too often and maybe they are on their way to d/c. Maybe this is just because CFX seems to be leaving Sephora, and there’s a lot of price matching. I personally love Zoeva palettes. The Basic Moment is a super nude palette, but only for light to medium and paler. The Matte palette would suit all skin tones. Love the shade names; reminded me of Edward Hopper. Cocoa Blend is probably Zoeva’s best seller, and pretty universal warm-leaning palette. The HL seem different than the standard US offerings. I see this 21 days as more interesting/better products/not the same old/same old than in recent years, whether or not I haul anything. AIR? Agree, anyone?

Nothing…because I’m sticking to my ‘2020 NO-BUY’ except for skincare refills! Once again, there is nothing on this list that even tempts me. I just did a skin care haul with the Sephora Rouge discount…that’s it! Working from home and rarely venturing out in makeup definitely keeps my skin and my bank account looking awesome!

I feel like this is the same stuff, with a couple of new things thrown in, as every other “21 days sale”. This is so disappointing. I wish that they would switch it up a bit more. I guess it is a chance for some people who are looking to replace some favorite items, but, this is sort of a stale sale for me.

  • Maria

Hey Muse. I waited until midnight to see the hot buys but I just get a message that the sale has ended. This morning there are still no hot buys. Oh well we’ll see later today then if something changes.

  • Glenda

I’m hauling the Benefit Precisely, My Brow Pencil, Stila G&G Liquid Eyeshadow in Dollish, Skyn Iceland Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels, Sara Happ Lip Slip, LSQ Old Flame Lipstick so when I unmask at least I will have some color from the stain, Benefit Tickle, Cookie, and Dandelion Twinkle Powder Highlighters. I keep eyeing the Lorac Pro Palette 4 because it just screams autumn to me but I REALLY don’t need another palette. Also I really want a LSQ Saint Lipstick but since I don’t know when I’ll get to wear it maybe I’ll just stick to the stainfor now

    • kjh

I got that and really like it, though not sure there have not been changes to formula since Markwins.

depending on how much shipping is i’ll probaby pick up some glitter and glows.
