Is Your Bed Bath & Beyond Closing? 63 Stores Listed Here Are Closing Soon!

Bed Bath and Beyond plans on closing 63 of their stores in the next two years and the company has created a list of the first 63 stores that will be closing soon with plans to reveal the 137 other ations soon!

The company spokes woman Jessica Joyce gave a statement to USA Today stating, “As we rebuild our authority and establish a truly omni-always shopping experience for our customers, we recently announced a store optimization plan that will see us establish the right network of stores to serve our customers….”

“This is an important step in our multi-year program to create a sustainable, durable business and invest where it matters most to our digital-first customers and our people,” also stating that “an exciting array of customer-inspired owned brands” will launch in 2021.

I wonder what they mean about customer-inspired owned brands? Sounds like an Etsy thing…? That would be cool if I’m right! It really comes as no surprise they are closing so many stores as they’ve been struggling for years and as you know have cut back on coupons.

OMG did I panic! I adore BBB and was so relieved to not see my local on the list. One is closing about a half hour away from me. They have gotten stingy with the coupons lately, but I have quite a stash. Well, Anna’s Linens and Linens ‘N Things are gone, and BBB may follow in the future. . I have so much stuff from there- gadgets, Harmon drugstore stuff, cleaning things, etc. One of my fave things to do pre-Covid was browse the aisles. Now it’s an in-and-out trip, no lingering.

Of course they choose the one BB&B in Arizona I occasionally go to because it’s across from Trader Joe’s. How dare they!

So sad this is happening to BB&B..I just hope they spare the Brooklyn store at Gateway’s been my go to for linens and small appliances for years.

They already closed the one near me but luckily there is still one not that far away.

So glad the stores in Memphis are spared for now. I don’t ever throw away my coupons, so I have a big bag full. My friends & family know that if they need BB&B Coupons, I’m the go-to, lol!

So glad the stores in Memphis are spared for now. I love their return policy. I had a Simple Human trash can that broke after 3+ yrs & I still had the receipt. They replaced it with a new one, no questions asked.
I’ve saved all of my coupons, so I have a bag full. Friends and family know that if they need BB&B coupons, I’m the go-to.
