We’re headed into the cooler weather now and Fall 2020 brings us brand new eye creams for our drier eyes! I mean, the cool weather doesn’t really dry eyes out but it doesn’t exactly help them either! I try to keep mine well hydrated through all the seasons but with the heat on in my house I sometimes feel like I my finer lines are more pronounced and more moisture is key to keep things hydrated and plumped up!

There are a slew of newer eye creams that have popped up lately that might grab your attention.

Here’s a few that have caught my eye!

WAIT, WHAT!? I am a massive fan of Vitamin Enriched Face Base but there’s an eye base too!? How did I not know about this? This lightweight cream preps eyes for concealer while hydrating and smoothing!

An overnight eye cream that acts smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, firm the look of skin, and hydrate while you sleep. I think one of the interesting and unique aspects of this cream is it’s used as an overnight treatment to hydrate where as many eye creams are versatile for day and night use!

CosRX Advanced Snail Peptide Eye Cream $28
This isn’t exactly new but it is now more readily available where as before it was sold exclusively on Amazon! This is CosRX’s powerhouse with 72% snail secreation as well as well as a peptide complex and niacinmide that all act to firm, brighten, and hydrate eyes!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Ooh I want that cooling eye mask in my stocking this year, I’m gonna put in a request with Santa. Lol
I might have to try that honest beauty eye cream too. I just ordered their new lightweight calming moisturizer.
I’m new to the eye cream game but I am almost out of my biossance algae eye cream and am looking for something a little less spendy. Lol 🙂

I just got my Tarte Tape Shape concealer from Ulta online today. Thanks for the heads up on that half off sale, I can’t believe I have never tried it before am forward to giving it a go. Have you ever tried Colorscience Total Eye 3-in-1 Renewal Therapy SPF 30? For most days (shade medium) it gives enough brightening around my entire eye area that I don’t use concealer or any other makeup other than mascara. It is hydrating and protecting alone, but I usually layer it over my daily face spf moisturizer so I can use less of it. I usually get it when they have their 25-30% off sales, but Nordstrom carries it too.(A tiny bit of it goes a long way and I suggest watching the video on their website for how to apply it. I made the mistake of applying way too much at first and hated it, but once I got the hang of it I love it.)

The Cosrx should be arriving soon. What me, Cosrx? Just virtually everything. The Peach and Lily sounds good. I have an Elemis waiting in the wings, but have been trying to finish up some others.
