Eye Cream Recs to Haul During the Sephora Savings Event

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Shopping any new eye creams during the Sephora Holiday Savings Event? I am! I’m always looking for the next best thing in the world of eye creams! My new love is Peter Thomas Roth Hungarian Thermal Water Eye Cream. I started using this back in April and it’s been my constant companion. It’s super moisturizing and it absorbs very easily. Love this stuff! I’m that type of person thought that’s never satisfied and even after discovering a formula that works for me I STILL want something better!

So far I only have one eye treatment in my bag at Sephora which is the Biossance Squalane + Peptide Eye Gel but I’m sure more will get piled in there!

Any eye creams you recommend me try?

Here’s some eye cream recs from me!

Tarte Wink of H20 Vegan Collagen Eye Cream $28 After Discount
I DO like this! I dunno why but that surprised me! I don’t really like Tarte’s eye creams but this one caught me unaware! I picked several weeks ago when Tarte had 20% Off and I was pretty impressed with it. It’s not going to cure your fine lines but it’s cool, refreshing, and adds a nice hit of moisture under my eyes while absorbing quickly!

Clinique Moisture Surge Eye 96-Hour Hydro-Filler Concentrate $37 After Discount
This is actually a really poorly reviewed product that I love for some reason! Shrug! If you’re anything like me you might want a lot of moisture under your drier eyes so concealer applies evenly and smoothly. I typically apply this before my eye cream and let it settle. It’s a slightly tacky gel that has a cool, refreshing feel. It actually does a nice job of adding extra moisture under my eyes while allowing my thicker eye creams to absorb more easily plus I feel like it really helps with drier concealers like Tarte’s Shape Tape!

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Eye Rescue Cream $48 After Discount
Again, not a fan favorite but totally my holy grail night cream. This is so thick, so creamy, and SOOOOOOOOO hydrating. I know I sound like a broken record but this is totally a great score for dry eyes!

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Eye Rescue1

Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Eye Base $43 After Discount
I’m cheating! This isn’t technically an eye cream! But hey, it’s for your eyes and it’s hydrating! That counts right? This is a new eye base that can be applied after eye cream and before concealer to prep eyes for your concealer. I purchased it from Belk during a 20% off sale and LOVE it. It sort of has the same texture as the Vitamin Enriched Face Base, which I love, and it preps eyes beautifully for concealer by applying extra moisture and also, sort of filling lines.

belif Moisturizing Eye Bomb $38 After Discount
The first time I tried Belif’s eye bomb I was not impressed and oddly here I am on my fourth or fifth jar of it. It’s a squalane enriched eye cream that really delivers excellent moisture to drier eyes!

Youth to the People Dream Eye Cream with Goji Stem Cell and Ceramides $39 After Discount
Just do it. Get this. It’s amazing! Really plumps up and hydrates eyes to the max!

Peter Thomas Roth Full-Size Hydra Gel Eye Patch Party $60 After Discount
I’m cheating again but this Hydra Gel pack is the shit! You get three full-size Hydra Gel Patch jars that contain 60 patches each! These are fabulous. I got the set when Peter Roth Thomas had their FF sale and don’t regret the purchase!

I hope these eye cream recs help you out!

Let me know if you have any eye creams in your cart that I should check out!

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. I have a dupe recommendation for La Mer eye cream — Nivea in the little blue tin. I got that from Susan Yara’s blog. I mean, it feels the same, it even smells the same! It’s like a buck!

Muse, have you ever used the fresh black tea blablahblah eye cream? I bought a replacement one earlier this year when there was a sale, because it is awful expensive ( least for mah cheap a$$ lil self) but boy do I like it. MoisturizIng but not greasy, sinks in right away.. hits all the right notes for me! I’ll cry if they ever stop making it! Since we’re skin twins, I think you’d like it!

Hey Kim! You are right this is a nice one! I used up a jar a while ago but didn’t repurchase it! But def a good one! Very hydrating as well ;D

For daytime before I put my concealer on I have been using FAB Eye Duty Triple Remedy A.M. Gel Cream. I also like the Bobbi Brown eye base.

I haven’t found a night cream that I like so will check out the Peter Thomas Roth one you recommended.

The Drunk Elephant one is soooo good! It filled in all my fine lines and then some. I do hate the pump though, because I feel like I dispense too much.

    • Isabella Muse

awesome! I keep holding off on the DE one for some reason! It’s on my wish list but haven’t tried yet!

Do you find the PTR’s Hungarian Thermal Water or his Water Drench products more moisturizing…or just different? Like you, I have very dry skin and am always looking for moisture – and as a kicker I live in the driest of dry Phoenix.

    • Isabella Muse

I don’t like water drench at all! I find them sticky! But the Thermal Water I love. Richer, creamier, and moisturizing!

I also have dry skin and haven’t loved the PTR products. I love Drunk Elephant’s F Balm for the evening (or even mixing a little in with my day cream). It’s pretty potent so I only use a pump or two (I feel like the instructions say something like 3-5 which I just don’t need.)
