Sephora Black Friday 2020 As Big A Bummer As Ulta Black Friday 2020

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Looks like Sephora Black Friday 2020 is as big a bummer as the Ulta Black Friday 2020 Sale! But I’m over here keeping hope alive as both Ulta and Sephora have just previewed their Black Friday 2020 Sales so that means maybe more is to come! Typically Sephora does a variety of $10 to $15 Gift Sets for Black Friday so I’m hoping they’ll to go live at some point next week (keyword here is hoping). Right now though, what is previewed, is sort of meh as it’s the same stuff we’re seeing from all stores across the board. How many Glow Palettes does a person need from ABH? Those things come out every single Black Friday on sale! Ironically the Khiel’s Facial Cleanser is already on clearance for $18 and for Black Friday they knock an additional $3 Off! And a few other items are also already on sale/clearance! Seems so bogus to me!

Whether you shop at Macy’s, Ulta, Nordstrom, or Sephora everyone has the almost identical deals! Keep in mind some of these deals are already available at macys.com!

Ulta is early this year with Black Friday! It starts on Saturday but Sephora Black Friday 2020 is previewed but no date has been set. They could keep with their normal midnight release on Black Friday, November 27th or they might switch things up and get an early start like Ulta!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. THANK YOU, Muse, for calling it like it is! These deals are so disappointing! I have to wonder if there weren’t major supply chain issues this year due to the pandemic, and because of that, all they can offer are sales on existing products, instead of new goodies. Otherwise, they have no excuse for being this lame!

I’ll snag the jumbo FAB cream on sale since I go through a ton of that, and probably the Clinique set because I like all those products and the tin is adorable, but that’s it!

That could be it! But really, even without COVID, the deals lately are soooooooooooooo repetitive! abh highlighters, naked palettes, some sort of deal on tarte palettes, it’s the same rerun for like ten years now lol!

My iPad is croaking and does not want to behave. Totally phoned in and predictable. $600 left to go for rouge 2021. I did it! Ciao, big S.

Your headline was so funny, yet it sadly summed up my thoughts too I have $314 Ulta rewards burning a hole and nothing to spend them on without that 20%. I am thinking of blowing it at the salon on some highlights as it will probably use up as much since my hair is as dark as yours.

LOL! It really is sort of lame! But good news! Maybe Ulta Cyber Monday will be awesome! That could be where your rewards go ;-D

I had over $800 in Ulta Rewards and with the lack of anything new and exciting, I started buying Dyson hair dryers. Ulta will only let you redeem $250 at a time. So far I bought 2 Dyson dryers (best purchase ever btw). I still have hundreds of dollars to blow… you’d think it would be easy, right? But with nothing new and exciting, I can’t see stocking my closet with more haircare or fragrance (I’m a major fragrance junky). Where is that 20% off anything coupon? Did I miss something this year with Ulta? I know they have $15 off of $75, but that coupon has restrictions 🙁

Totally agree, Muse! These “deals” don’t feel like deals at all… more like overstock of old product they’re trying to get rid of. I’ve seen the UD Naked palettes at this sale price point now for months, along with the other deals. Nordstrom always has Clinique gifts, so that’s nothing great either. Ulta is kinda disappointing, but least they have some nice free goodie bags when you spend a certain amount. I know I swooped up a couple of those. Hopefully there are actually deals on Black Friday that are worth looking at. As of now, really not interested 🙁

Yep, you’re spot on. No exciting finds in this year’s Black Friday sales, just an end of year clearance.
