I’m a chronic hand washer. Always have been, always will be with or without COVID. Why? Because before COVID I used to see a lot of different people daily in my professional life and you know what that means right? Hand shakes! Lots and lots of hand shakes. I hate shaking people’s hands but this is the way right? So, me and hand washing have a regular relationship. This means very dry hands! I’m always doing my best to take care of my hands before they start cracking and looking like alligator skin. Hand cream is a must! And scented hand cream is even more a must. There’s nothing better than a lovely scented hand cream!
Hempz Butter Me Up! Salted Toffee Herbal Hand & Foot Creme seriously smells good enough to eat. This comes in a rather large 4 oz squeeze tube and can be used on your feet or your hands. The formula is slightly greasy so it might be better suited for bedtime use or on your feet only. It has a thick creamy texture but the greasiness I associate with foot cream versus hand cream. It’s not terrible but it’s not exactly a formula I’d use daily but one I’d reserved for evenings. And that’s exactly what I do! I apply this before bed. It does absorb quickly and it makes my cuticles so much better as I suffer from hang nails on the sides of my cuticle base and using this daily really helps eliminate that dry skin that I’m tempted to pick off!
It smells divine!
Like yummy salted caramel! Warm, delicious, and yes, I sort of want to lick my hands after applying it ha!
Big recommendation for this one. If you love yummy scented hand creams pick up a tube or two before it disappears.
